This is the second A/C unit Central Air Systems has installed in our home. We had a Lenox mini-split installed in our basement in 2020. It was time to replace our 24 year old central air system and we purchased a Bosch unit this time. Greg, the sales engineer explained our options, what the job entailed and answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to buy and he later emailed us all of the quotes we asked for so we had time to decide what would best work for us. The team that installed the system was great. They showed up when they said they would, did not leave any mess, and took the time to explain how the new system/thermostat worked. We are very pleased, once again, with Central Air Systems and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with our Central Air Systems experience! This team is very professional and identified the problem right away! The heat was not kicking on because our furnace needed to be replaced. Central Air Systems had the furnace ordered within the hour and it was installed the next day. The whole process was very seamless. Definitely would recommend this company, they were wonderful.
I wish more contractors operated like this company. Honest, on time, and professional. The job cost exactly what they said it would (no hidden fees), the service was installed quickly (half a day) and they left zero mess behind. As a tradesman myself I looked at the work and I couldn’t have done it better. Icing on the cake is the high efficiency of the heating and cooling system. It’s cheaper to run this entire system than one of our old air conditioning units.
Installation of a new HVAC system went smoothly. Professional workmen and clean up was done by crew. No one would have known the work that was done in the attic all day. Highly recommend this company and their employees (office staff as well as installation crew)
Central installed our 3rd High Efficiency Lennox Gas Forced Air Heating system in Sept, 2022 - first two systems were installed in Jan. 2020. Nice professional installs. Savings in cost in our budget bill from National Grid is 28%. We received two $600 rebates from National Grid and $750 is coming for the latest install. I highly recommend Central Air to work with and do an outstanding installation. They also installed my Lennox Central Air Conditioning back in 2005 and the unit is still working great.
We decided to use Central Air Systems for a new Bosch heat pump after a recommendation from a friend. We were very pleased with how the project was handled from start to finish. The crew always cleaned up at the end of everyday day. The were very accommodating with a few requests we had on the placement of the new unit and some of the vent locations. They system works excellent, better than I expected.
Much thanks to Clint and Greg for rectifying some minor issues. It was a hot summer and my 3 units functioned impeccably. Very professional service recovery team! Thank you
During this crazy heatwave, my A/C compressor could not keep up with cooling the house. Contacted Central Air Systems and after providing some info, and they had a tech to my house the next morning. He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes and had my system up and running in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. They are extremely, knowledge, professional, clean and fair! They won’t try to sell you on something if you don’t need it! There is nobody better in the business than Steve and his crew!

Central Air Systems jumped in to and solved a AC repair mechanical problem while others walked away. They kept working until my AC was up and running . As a new walk in customer I was efficiently worked into thier already busy spring start up schedule . I scheduled replacement of old central air and heating furnace. Team showed up at 8am sharp and worked quietly while I worked in office. Old system removed, new systems installed, replacement of old ducting around furnace. Very clean removal and installation complete by around 3pm that day. Excellent job on installation! Recommend highly!

My wife and I got a central cooling system installed in our house a few weeks ago. From the beginning, the company was a true pleasure to work with. Greg was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions thoughout the process, starting with the estimate and through installation. The group of installers were extremely professional, friendly, courteous and cleaned up after themselves when finished with the job. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a cooling system for their home.
After interviewing several HVAC installers, Greg from Central Air was the only one from the beginning to completly explain the benifits, and the rebates of the Bosch system we purchased. He was completey upfront about how the install would be done, and outlined the entire project. When his techs arrived, they were prompt and courtous, and completed the job in less time then was scheduled. From sales to install to service, I would hghly recomend this company as you will not find another more professional. Great job to Greg and his dad for keeping the standards high! Thank you!
