I have used Hardy plumbing three times now and all three times they fixed it on the first visit. If you have a plumbing problem just call Hardy! Bill Wading River.
Just witnessed one of their service trucks trying to run people off the road at a high rate of speed.. using them to work on your plumbing would be a horrible idea
Trying to change the shower water diverter did not go as easy as the YouTube video. Brian from Hardy Plumbing came and replaced the part. We now have hot and cold water! A real blessing after having to turn off the main water for 24 hours! Professional, Reasonable and Responsive in a timely fashion. Thank you, Hardy Plumbing, I will certainly recommend your team and most definitely Brian!
Plumber was attentive to my varied needs. Made an interim adjustment to quiet noisy pipes. Awaiting final estimate. Plumber sees ways to get job done while keeping costs down.
They did not deliver what they promised. No itemized bill. Over priced.
So impressed with the service provided. My drains were backing up. Hardy sent someone out right away. Fernando was efficient, very pleasant and informative. Explained in detail what needed to be done and why. Will definitely call Hardy Plumbing again, if the need arises. Very reasonable $$
Just plain excellent. Was a badly clogged drain. The representative was diligent and got the job done at less $ than I anticipated. Won't bother trying anyone else in the future.
Called on a holiday weekend, needed out door shower fixed and had a horror show of leaking tub from 2nd floor into our living room,. Came when they said, fixed shower short term, ordered part and came back and fixed for good with no prompting. (which was stunning - no one follows up) . He asked to look at the tub, I had concerns as company was coming for the weekend and best I could tell a wall was going to needed to be opened. Instead. He spotted a drain vent that was positioned up vs down allowing water to run into it. He rotated it and said no charge - totally fixed it.
Jim was awesome. Fixed our heat New Years weekend quickly and was reasonably priced. Great company!
They have hard to find plumbing supplies at premium prices. Service is gruff but knowledgeable. If you need something immediately that Orlowsky doesn't have, this is the place to go.
June, 2016 Hardy did Nail Salon at Southampton. it is a nightmare, store opened a couple week, flooded the whole floor, called them emergency in the morning, and show up later afternoon, since they didn't show, I had another plumber came, they checked and tell me hardy didn't put the check valve in, also the pump is too small. called my general contractor to contact them. they sent service guy here, and they are planning put a bigger pump in. it is a busy season for the our business, I really don't want anything happen to the store, the wood floor all buckled. I consult my attorney, I can sue General contractor to responsible for my damage. because I paid to my General contractor, he hired Hardy plumber. my attorney suggest me to sue both of them to small claim court, let them to determine who should pay my damage. I really don't want to do that, because the GC did 4 nail Salon's for me in Manhasset, Babylon, Deer park and Southampton. in 2010, my GC did Southampton perfect nail. he hired hardy too. I am taking a lots of pictures for evidence. Hope it can come to an agreement. May, 2016 Not reliable plumbing job they have been done on the commercial job. once the nail salon opened first day. it has a leak in the basement. also shut off next door's stores water supply. all the stores call the owner, What a MESS. the company sent different workers each time, how do they know what last plumber did the work, bad communications skills and follow up job schedules. April, 2016 Recently signed a contract with General contractor to do my nail salon in Hill st, Southampton. My GC did a couple of nail salon for me before. My GC hired hardy plumbing to do my pedicure chairs. They are not reliable, many times they told my General contractor they will show up at the job second day, We drove there in the morning from Manhattan and we were waiting at the store, nobody show up. I call the GC, he call their office and he told me they canceled, because they have a couple workers
