Patrick the tech identified the problem within 2 minutes, replaced the part, and checked the system. Brian was great with the scheduling and follow up emails. The company enjoys my highest recommendation.
Brian and his team were by far the best HVAC Company I have ever dealt with. They were quick to respond to an air conditioning problem, gave a professional diagnosis using language I could understand, and provided a reasonable estimate for equipment and labor costs within 24 hours. They are honest, hard working, and dedicated as they even followed-up after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied with the job that was done. With so many HVAC Companies to choose from it is a gamble sometimes to know what you are going to get. I am happy I chose PerfecTemp Heating and Air Conditioning and would not hesitate to call them again.
This company went above and beyond to get my central air unit up and running. Their response time was unbelievable in the middle of the busy season and top notch. Even over the phone I could tell that they were genuinely concerned with getting me the help I needed as soon as possible. The technician, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable and left no stone unturned and was able to diagnose the problem and have us up and running in less than an hour. I am very happy to be a new customer and highly recommend this company for all of your needs!

PerfecTemp did an amazing job installing a number of large ductless mini split units throughout my entire home. The installation was complex and the team did an exceptional job. All line sets were neatly run throughout the basement, attic and garage(garage lines 100% covered in line set covers) so that they could not be viewed from the outside. Brian, Chris, Pat and entire team are very professional, punctual and responsive before, during and after the installation. I couldn't have asked for a better installation and experience.

This is the 1st time I used this company. I am new to the area and did not know who to call. I Googled top companies HVAC near me and they were the first to come up. I called and spoke to Brian and he was very professional, polite and extremely responsive as my gas furnace stopped working just as the single digit weather hit. They quickly came and repaired my system which was well past its prime. They did so with such professionalism and true care for the customer that I decided to get a estimate for a new unit. Price was given that night and I agreed to it and installation was complete within days. Unbelievable service and price. These guys are amazing, if I could give 10 stars I would. They truly care for the customer.
Brian answered my call, answered my barrage of questions and had a technician at my home early the next day as requested. Pat was the technician. He was amazing, polite, clear in informing me about the problem and solution. We couldn’t find the right fuses to replace the broken ones but that didn’t deter Pat, he figured a workaround and both units were fixed. I look forward to changing to PerfecTemp to service all my air conditioning service, including my central air..
Couldn't for the life of me get my burner to stay running. Threw new parts at it and nothing. They came and got it running and stayed to make sure it would stay running. Temps dropping low this week and now no worries.

PerfecTemp did a marvelous job repairing my heating system. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient and had the system operational very quickly. They also identified and mitigated a safety risk. They even cleaned up thoroughly! The PerfecTemp team was truly a pleasure…I highly recommend this business!!

In a world where online reviews matter, it's rare to find a young company breaking into the HVAC space with perfect 5-star reviews. My furnace needed replacement and PerfecTemp had that perfect score. So I gave the business to Brian, Chris and Pat. The 5-star reviews are entirely warranted. They are all about professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. Within 2 days of discovering the problem, a new furnace was installed. Price competitive, polite, friendly, clean and responsive. If your HVAC needs servicing or replacing on the east end, don't hesitate to call these guys. They are simply the best.
My elderly mom was having issues with her gas burner, and Brian came out several times on very short notice to get it running. In the end, the burner was beyond permanent repair and needed to be replaced. Brian expedited the order of new equipment and even had his team drive from eastern Long Island to New Jersey to pick up the new burner, as he did not want my Mom to be displaced from her home for too long. Burner was installed and heat is working again. I highly recommend this company for their personalized and compassionate service - they truly care about their customers. Thanks again!
All I can say is "WOW!!!". its been years since I've done business with a company with so much integrity and absolute honesty. These guys came to my home, were polite, friendly and professional and got the job done quickly and left my place clean. Pricing was as great as the people I dealt with. I can't thank you guys enough. You absolutely saved my Thanksgiving and holiday season!
