The technician came to clean my ducts and he was AWESOME! He arrived early to shovel out the path to the outside vent and to make sure I didn’t have to do that. He took care of the cleaning in a very professional and quick manner and was sure to take off his snowy shoes before coming inside. This is my second year using Omega and I will continue to use their excellent air duct cleaning services for many years to come!
Booked an appointment for the next day and charge my card and then call me the day of my appointment and cancel with no other future appointments available, very unprofessional and now I’m left scrambling to find somebody else
The guy that came out was very professional and did a great job. He went above and beyond to get the job done. I called them at 2pm, he was there by 4pm and the problem was fixed. They also provided me with a 10 year warranty on the AC unit!
They came out the same day I called and before they left they made sure we knew how to use our new thermostats and how to clean the coils. They were so nice and professional.

Ross was my furnace maintenance technician, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Since I am a new homeowner, I wanted to be involved in the process, and he was gracious enough to walk me through everything he was doing as he worked. Our experience with Omega Heating & Air Conditioning has been nothing but positive. Our realtor recommended them to us when we first moved to our new home. Their field personnel are scheduled by their home office, which is extremely professional and intelligent. They performed a pre-closing inspection, which resulted in the sellers replacing a faulty air conditioner and writing a check for neglected preventative maintenance. Their team was informative throughout the process, the estimates were accurate, and they kept us updated on the timing and process. We'll continue to use them in the future!
This was a very professional company and provided quick service when my furnace failed to light on the first cold morning. Tech explained everything he was doing as he went along, provided me with rebate forms and got me signed up for a yearly service contract.
This places is a fraud. I depended on them to fix the heat at my place. On day of service, after seeing no signs of their electrician showing up, when I called, they said the electrician is to far from your place and can't make it today. What kind of childish and n professional reason is that. I took it in my stride, and have them another chance. On the next day of service, they called to say they're electrical had an emergency and can't make it. All this while their sales lady tried to get me to sign up for their annual membership where they will prioritize me... Haha. Don't even waste your time trying to call them.
With our old HVAC system, we have called on Omega Heating & Air Conditioning many times. We have also bought into their maintenance program where they come out twice a year to clean the furnace and AC units. That was money well spent because they caught a few things that could have become big problems later. The guys are highly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and great at explaining the issues and options. I highly recommend Omega Heating & Air Conditioning.
Our AC was out on one if the hottest days of the year, of course. We had two other technicians come to look at it and they could not figure out what was wrong. Jeff from Omega Heating & Air Conditioning company was the guy! Not only did he solve our problem but he spent several hours on the roof in the heat of the day. Jeff provided exceptional customer service! He was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable! He called 30 minutes before arriving and provided excellent service! He even informed us about an air purifier and installed it for us today. He exceeded all of my expectations!! He kindly answered all of my questions! Thanks for that amazing service!!

Called Omega Heating & Air Conditioning about our usual 3 year, second zone issue. They were out the next day. James arrived early and was quick and thorough with the repair. Price was extremely fair. While others were a week or so out, they resolved our issue in no time. The scheduling was just as prompt when making initial contact with them. Will definitely use and recommend in the future.
