If there was a lottery for picking the winner in the HVAC business repair I just hit the Mega Millions jackpot today. I could not be more satisfied and happy with Empire Heating and Cooling. I commend Bill and his expertise. Bill was beyond professional, personable, knowledgeable and competent. It was pleasure doing business with Bill. He is so honest. Bill climbed out of bed and answered our call when we returned home to our furnace blowing cold air. He figured out the problem but didn't have the exact part. He was able to get us heat for the night and returned the next morning with the replacement part in hand to permanently fix the issue. I thought he was reasonably priced and thankful he could jump on the repair.
We have been using this company for years. They are knowledgeable, professional and clean up as they go. They suggested an outdoor reset which saved us a good amount of money on heating costs annualy. Numerous projects were completed in a timely manner. It is comforting to know we have someone to call in an emergency and for regular maintenence.
