These people are totally clueless. Like the typical moron in the industry. I have purchased from them before. I have two products in hand, they refuse to sell to me because I am not a "contractor" I tell them I do my own maintenance on my businesses I don't need a contractor. I don't have a contractor. Just need a $10 V belt in an emergency. no dice. They tell me they have to "protect their industry" and won't sell me a $10 part I am holding in my hands. I walked out emptyhanded. Total idiots.
