Although I recently posted a positive review about RedHead Heating & Cooling, I wanted to mention that in addition to their other services, they also install hot water heaters and did a great job today. As usual, the PM was my POC and handled the request for service, scheduling, payment, and customer communication like the pro she is! This morning the technician and another employee removed our old hot water tank and replaced it with a new one. Everything went smoothly. Great job RedHead Heating & Cooling!
Not sure where all these great review are coming from. These people tried to change the service fee before they even got here. Sounds like a scam shop to me
It was cold and my heat would not come on. I am impressed by this alone. He had the furnace apart and knew what the problem was within 15 minutes. He had it on the truck and it went in without a hitch and $300 later, my heat was working. John was friendly, yet very professional. Explained everything. I really like RedHead Heating & Cooling, they called and checked to see how my system was running 2 days later. Impressed. Very impressed.
John did an awesome job of not only servicing our HVAC system but went above and beyond to track down a replacement filter for our tankless water heater. The business that previously installed it failed to notate the proper model number which made replacing the item very tricky. He also fixed our water circulator pump which hadn’t worked for awhile. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend RedHead Heating & Cooling.
I have a yearly maintenance contract and have received very thoughtful and experienced service calls and equipment repair/ replacement without any price gauging. Hardy has been my service agent for the past few years. He is courteous and takes the time to walk you through the repairs. This is why I renew my yearly maintenance contract.

RedHead Heating & Cooling technician came right on time for the service call.He explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions. He did an excellent job installing, testing and cleaning up his mess.His charges were very reasonable. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
The entire team at RedHead Heating & Cooling are nothing short of fantastic. Always willing to go above and beyond for their clients and in a timely manner to get work completed. I used them recently for cleaning the furnace for the sale of my condo along with the company I work for frequents their services and are always pleased as punch! My parents have been using these guys for a while and they have no complains, what can I say great service men. They provided receipt and invoices and clear information about the service. I have used RedHead Heating & Cooling for over 4yrs they installed my air condition unit and have stand behind there warranty. They have come through every time I have needed repair and maintenance work done . I would recommend them they are the best.
Our system went out on a Sunday night, the worst time in the world. Johny came within 30 mins of our call, quickly diagnosed the problem quickly, and restored our system promptly. I would recommend him and air now with the highest recommendation to anyone. Thank you so much.

They perfectly answered all my inquiries, ensuring that I understood everything about my new AC, which I really appreciated. Everything works perfectly.
