We had a copper pipe elbow get a pin hole and leaked up in the ceiling for 3-4 days before it became noticeable. The ceiling let go due to the weight of the water. I called my plumber that I have used for years. I left a message on their Emergency line. No call back. We started calling around. It was Saturday at 5pm. Scott came and was the single most profession tradesman I have every had at my house. Scott developed a plan - and then executed it flawlessly! He got everything fixed and got our water turned back on! Thanks so much Scott!
Arrived fast and was responsive to the service call for hot water heater BUT techs were NOT educated on the issue and was inconsistent in explaining the issue at hand and condemned a 2 year old hot water heater that needed a new pressure release valve and attempted to charge $5000 for hot water heater OR $800 to replace what I requested, (release valve) which is literally a $20 part and not even an hour of labor which I did myself and it’s working fine. I was called next day and offered $350 off the repair to which I declined. As a local Glen cove company, it’s not a good idea to stick it to customers like this and ruin a reputation.
I just move into the area and was shopping for the right company, I liked L Graziose Plumbing the best. Very polite, friendly and affordable. They did great work, we will be using them in the future.
Had a very good experience with L Graziose Plumbing. We lost our heat on a very cold night and they came and fixed the problem right away.
Had some issues with the furnace in my new house and someone came out to take a look a few days later. Fixed the issue and did such a great job. Was very nice and professional. Would highly recommend!
I admire a company that responds to their customers concerns and does what they can to make their customers happy. My issue was resolved —- and I will call them again.
Wish I could write a good review based on everyone's experience, and the original reason why I hired them. Unfortunately I would not recommend based on my own encounter. I waited patiently for 4 hours. No communication or update from them. When I finally called them at the end of my window I was told the plumber would be another 1 1/2 late past my time window. No apology. Disappointed and did not hire
Have always used Graziose Plumbing! They are externally reliable, knowledgeable and timely. No matter the issue, they have always been quick to resolve and a pleasure to work with!
I recently had an emergency at my house , and the plumbing company I normally use was not responding. So I reached out to Graziose Plumbing, and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional . They came over and fixed the issues with no headache. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with them and they will be the company I use going forward. Thank you guys!
Loved the way they installed my Mitsubishi split unit! Works great! They are always there to answer any questions I have about the unit . Well done!
Added free on too my unit and changed the filters and belt. On time and managed to check everything else. Will use them for the future as well!
This company knows what they are doing. I used this company recently to maintain my HVAC and they are very professional .
I have mixed feelings about them. Among the positives: They are very professional and solid (ie, diagnosed and fixed the problem -- in our case, diagnosed and changed the condensation pump of our split AC). They charged a total of $900 for it (seems high, I think). A bigger negative is the following. In the first visit, they charged me $375 for diagnosis without first giving me an estimate (in contrast to their informed policy that they'll charge us $125 to give an estimate, and then do any work). That is, the technician came, did the diagnosis, and charged us $375 for the diagnosis and a further estimate of $570 for the repair. The problem is that when I pointed out the above issue (charging us before an estimate) -- they accepted the error (with a silly excuse) but gave only a measly 10% ($30-35) refund. I was disappointed by the resolution. Nevertheless, I may still use them again.
Amazing service!! I called them with an emergency and spoke with Nicole. She was so pleasant to speak with and extremely informative. I don’t know a thing about plumbing, but she broke it down for me in a way I’d understand. Although all plumbers were out on appointments, she was able to get Scott over in no time!! He not only fixed all of the issues, but walked me through the repairs and took pictures so I could later explain it to my landlord. Great job, no mess left behind & he sanitized the work area. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
