We had a problem with our furnace and it was on a Saturday. We called 3 companies for estimates. 2 never returned our calls and the other company never showed up. I then called Gold Star and they came out within an hour of me calling. They were very professional and courteous, explained what they were going to do, did the work quickly, efficiently and at a great price!! I highly recommend them for any HVAC work you have, big or small.
Delighted with our new heating and cooling system. We had a leak due to heavy rains, and they sent someone out the next day to fix it. Very professional, friendly, and timely.

Ken arrived well on time and very efficiently serviced our boiler. He was very helpful and very patiently answered our questions and explained anything we weren't sure of, left everything clean and tidy when he had finished and was extremely professional throughout his time here. I spoke with Dan at Hometown Heating And Cooling because our air conditioner had gone out. With was 92 degrees in our home. We called to see if they could send out a technician as soon as she could. Dan was so nice and professional. Dan and Diego came out, were extremely professional and friendly. They explained what was going on and fixed the problem.
My mom came across one of the service vans in our area. Our AC wasn't cooling, we called in the morning and had a technician here in the afternoon. loved what Liam and his team did to my house! It smells so fresh and the amount of dust they removed was scary. They were very thorough and even though the job was bigger then expected refused to charge more. I would highly recommend Hometown Heating And Cooling you will be in great hands!!

Outstanding service! Quick response to service call and even quicker repair even though technician had to drive out to airport to retrieve a part for our 24 year old furnace. Approximately 4 hours from initial call to completion and a warm home. Prices are great and technicians wonderful!I would highly recommend Hometown Heating And Cooling.
Scammer provided no service but kept money. The other reviews of 5☆ are fake. Left my AC damaged 💔.
The repairman never showed up because traffic then asked me for a down-payment. I never even got confirm for this air conditioning unit and they refused to refund my money when they never provided service or products. Don't trust them.
He never showed up, but still charged me and never called me back. He scams you by using zelle, cashapp, or other apps that can't refund you. This business is illegal.
charged us nearly $3,000 for a ac unit for installation but never even measured or even came in to see the original ac. only source used was ‘yea i know that model, we have it’ then complained when we wanted to cancel the initial $500 fee.
