I called Park Heating & Air Conditioning Co to come out and service my HVAC system. Techs arrived on time and had my system running like new in no time! They were both very communicative and professional. Their knowledge and expertise go my 19 year old system purring like a kitten. I highly recommend Park Heating & Air Conditioning Co.
The scheduler in the office got me scheduled for asap! The techs went above and beyond my expectations for the work of air duct cleaning. Besides my house feeling and smelling cleaner, they found a leak in our dryer vent that we would not have found on our own. They even told me how to fix the issue and what materials to buy! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!!
Honesty and Integrity what more could you want from a company? Well, the guys from Park Heating are just that, not another company that's going to come in and rip you off. If other companies try to tell you that you need your system cleaned every year do not be fooled. These guys came in and videotaped my ducts so I knew to what degree my ducts were, and they were not dirty or in bad shape. So I still had them clean the whole system and they even cleaned my dryer vent. Great service from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
Jim was super professional and thorough in his diagnostic run through of my system, and when I mentioned I may want to discussed getting a new system replacement, his colleague Austin came by soon after. It was such a great first visit from a company that I have only just begun working with. They care, they know, they're local! Can't recommend enough.

Before we purchased the house, the technicians from Park Heating & Air Conditioning Company installed the central air conditioning unit. They have been here multiple times for maintenance and new equipment. Our recent central humidifier installation was quick, clean, and the installer was able to demonstrate how to use the equipment and do maintenance. Will use again and suggest.
This was a great experience from the time I called Park Heating & Air Conditioning Co this morning. They showed up early afternoon as promised, diagnosed and flew through the repair in a very short amount of time! I was impressed by their professionalism, kindness, and abilities. Simply superb and I will not hesitate to call this firm again!!!
Have used them in the past and fixed a leak, but was hard getting answers on setting up a duel fuel thermostat. Eventually made an appointment to have it done. A couple hours later they called back and said the guy could not do that, and were gonna set up an appointment with someone else. The night before the appointment the guy called and left a message saying he couldnt come out the next day and to call the office and reschedule. When i called the office they said that he was coming and that it was just a confirmation call. The next day after being over 3 hours late i called the office and asked where he was. They said he was running late but that he would call when he was on his way. An hour later the guy calls and tells me hes not coming and that he left a message explaining that, but could come the next day. Found this unprofessional since i already lost a day of work and cant trust them to follow through on there appointments and theres seams to be a major disconnect between their office and service men. Would not recommend them at all
Randy is outstanding. He is tenacious and never gives up trying to find what is wrong with our air conditioning system. Not only is he smart and talented, he explains what he is doing and where he thinks his analysis is going.
