We took our time and researched some heating and cooling companies and chose Split System Heating & Cooling to replace our furnace. The cost was fair and the service was excellent, well done, and professional with the answers to all our questions
Split System Heating & Cooling provided excellent service in repairing our HVAC unit in a very professional and timely manner. Our service rep was very personable and went way out of his way to get our HVAC repaired and working. He was upfront with costs and worked to ensure parts were shipped overnight to get out unit up and running. Can’t say enough positive things about Split System Heating & Cooling!
My experience with Marcus was as good as it gets! Professional, kind, courteous & a people person. If anything were to happen in the further, I know exactly who to call. Was looking for an estimate for a whole ductless system. They wanted to charge me $125 fee to come over and give me an estimate. Then wanted to give me a rough estimate over the phone. Bad from the start!
I’m handy around the house, but I don’t really have the skills to repair a malfunctioning heater. Luckily, I found Split System Heating & Cooling company after a quick search on the Web. I was impressed with their positive reviews and reasonable rates, so I made an appointment with them right away. Wasn’t disappointed since they provide a professional HVAC repair service and made my heater work like new.
Marcus showed up at my home for a maintenance check up on our unit and he was polite, professional and polite.He took great care of our house and he cleaned up after he was done. He was very diligent and he explained everything he did to us.I would definitely recommend them.
Tech came and did our Spring maintenance on our 12 year old AC. He was honest and thorough in explaining that our A/C was running very well but at 12 years old we might start to consider planning for a high ticket item. He also gave us some recommendations for our older furnace, but never pressured me into buying something I didn’t need right now. I can’t speak highly enough of him! Good job!!
What a great service experience! The technicians were very professional. They knew exactly how to restore gas service to all appliances. Ran a new, exterior gas line with minimal disruption. Checked on everything to make sure nothing was left untouched. Keep the good work up guys!
Love Split System Heating & Cooling we had to install a new A/C unit last year and the Service technician Marcus was excellent. He made sure it was installed the next day. We just had our annual service done by him who was very professional, courteous, and prompt. Highly recommended
Marcus from this company showed up punctually as scheduled. He exhibited great professionalism and even taking the time to explain areas that were looked at that received good rating for working condition.... no problems with our system, just had regular maintenance inspection.
From the first phone call all the way through completion of the service,these guys provided a wonderful service. The lady I spoke with on the phone took her time with me, and was knowledgeable and courteous. She scheduled my service on the most convenient day with me.Marcus and was the installer. He displayed a great knowledge of his trade and the HVAC unit he installed is very efficient. He even explained the features and how effective it was compared to my old one.He cleaned up and he was gone
