Very professional team of Services Technicians. Arrived on time, began their work, laid sheets of floor covering to protect my New Floors. Work was completed late afternoon. Sheffield Heating & Cooling cleaned up leaving my home as they were never there.
I can't tell you how the service is because they no-showed twice on me.
Excellent, inexpensive, and competent service. I will most certainly use Sheffield Heating & Cooling again, and I heartily suggest them for all of your HVAC requirements.
I highly recommend Sheffield Heating & Cooling team. After contacting five vendors for a replacement swamp cooler, Joe responded quickly and came out to give us a quote. While the others only looked from the ground, Joe immediately climbed up onto our steep roof to assess the situation. He then provided a competitive quote and accommodated us within a week. Joe and his colleague were courteous, professional, and thorough. Our old unit was removed, the new Mastercool was installed, and we were cool by early afternoon. A+.
They were extremely helpful to my mother during the recent cold spell. Her furnace broke down in the afternoon on a cold day of 3 degrees. Nobody expected anyone else to come out, but they did. They arrived in less than two hours and fixed the problem. They made no attempt to upsell. Excellent service, candid evaluation, and quick turnaround
The technicians are always on time and very thorough with the work that they do. The company definitely puts customer satisfaction as a priority. I have recommended Sheffield Heating & Cooling to others without hesitation.

A "technician” from another company came to my house to help install a Nest thermostat. The only thing he did was leave my boiler broken and not working. It was a Sunday night and I was in desperate need of HVAC help.Sheffield Heating & Cooling came over within an hour of speaking to them. They were able to troubleshoot the issue and made sure that my family had heat. I highly recommend it!
We had Sheffield Heating & Cooling install a new heating and AC system two years ago. We use their biannual maintenance service to inspect the system prior to each season. Jeff inspected and cleaned the AC system in our basement. Also cleaned the outside unit. I recommend Sheffield Heating & Cooling, highly recommended.
Bryan showed up when I was told by my home warranty it could be 48+ hours for me to get service. I couldn’t imagine waiting that long, especially since my elderly Mom lives with me. He was recommended by a friend and quickly called me, showed up in an hour and did a thorough check and replaced a part to get me AC again. He explained everything he checked on and what he did and saw, and gave me recommendations to maintain my AC for a few more years. Thank you!!
Charged me 159.00 to just come out to look then never came back.3 no call no shows on time line given.After 7 days of no heat I had to go to someone else.If your not gonna show back up atleast call so I can find someone else. So now I’m on my 7th day of no heat.Wouldn’t even let me talk to a manager.Horrible service.
Woke up this morning with no heat + hot water, called the company and they said they would have someone here between 2-5pm and offered me a choice of pay for service 200 USD or an annual contract with no call out fee ( 150 ) at a lower price than a one of service call. I chose the lower number. Its now after 5pm and after two calls about when someone would be here.. was told that no one would be here until tomorrow 12-3pm.. Going to wait one more day as its not too cold, but so far not a good impression.
I had Sheffield Heating & Cooling service my furnaces and A/C units, and heating pump (7 units total) at my main house and rental. They were on-time and did a great job! They checked and serviced all the systems thoroughly and re-wired and replaced the heat pump thermostat on one of the heat pumps. I will use them again and will refer them to anyone who asks.
Scott was very professional and courteous. Our AC was down for almost a week in 90+ degree weather, so obviously we weren’t in the greatest mood. He went straight to work, diagnosed the problem, got everything running and did a thorough inspection for anything else that might be wrong. Great visit all around!
The service technician, was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the failed relay quickly. He also showed us a better setting for the fan on our heating/AC system. He was excellent and the staff is great.
Sheffield Heating & Cooling came out to our job after we struggled to get contractors out to do the job so we had heat to continue out renovation. They had 3 heaters up and running and inspected in hours. They were extremely thorough and professional. They answered all our questions and finished under budget. We will continue to use them for all our heating and cooling needs.
Was told tech would arrive between 8 and 12 got a call 20 minutes to 12 said they were running later. Said they would be coming between 12 and 12:45 still no show I just called and cancelled I can't wait around all day, I need to work too. So if you can afford to wait all day past your appointment time this is the company for you. Can't comment on their work.
I was told a technician would arrive between 3.00pm - 7.00pm and would call 30 mins before. i had no response. I chased again the following morning. i was later called back saying that they were fully booked and could only see me the following day.
Outstanding service from Scott! Clearly communicated all the details, walked us through what he did, why he needed to do it. Very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Really nothing more you could ask! Satisfied!
I had to call on Sheffield Heating & Cooling last week due to an problematic unit.They came in, showed me what was up with the water heater and gave a proposal on its repair- all of it done very expeditiously! Special thanks to these guys for the quality service! Will hire again!!
