Used Master Plumbing for trouble shooting my homes heating issues. Met with Brian F..who was prompt..courteous and knowledgeable. Discussed the issues I had and he gave me feedback and recommendations to resolve most/ or all issues. He made understanding how the beast works very simplified for me to understand. This was a troubleshooting visit and not a repair.. Thank you Brian.The questions and answers
Our Central Air System was not working properly. Called Master Plumbing and sent someone out same day. Chris our Technician was prompt and very professional. After two visits and extremely hard work, our AC is up and running.. Super friendly staff! We will be using them going forward!
"Bob H" on the spot Friday late afternoon when the starting capacitor in the AC unit outside gave up after 20 years! Diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes - great response and great customer service!
Efficiently installed new tankless hot water heater. Guys showed up right on time, were courteous and I was very pleased with the service and they cleaned up very nicely when the work was complete.
Profesional and efficient crew, they were in and out in 2 days change both of the units, all my thermostats and fix air flow coming in the house changing size of tubing. Thank you!!!
They called before arrival, sent a picture of their technician and his name (Chris Martin) he was excellent ! Knowledgeable, worked very neatly, diagnose the problem, gave a quote before the work was done, once I approved, he went right to work, at the completion of the job, there were no additional charges! Scheduling was easy and prompt, A/C repair technician showed up right on time the next day, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Communication with the technician and the main office was excellent, both over the phone and via email and text messages. Service call charge was reasonable.
The two names they use Universal plumbing and Master plumbing ---Huntington NY They are a ripoff and very dishonorable business. they told me they used a $437 dollar sealant because i MUST USE IT-WOW what a story what a lie -dishonorable need as explained and way OVERCHARGES as per the google charge when I looked it up. it as my unit would freeze . The cost at the refrigerator store on line was less than $99. I will never use them again and think they tell customers all sorts of not true issues and charge them enormous amounts of money which we as customers don't know any better. My total bill was over $1,300 and that was based on another name they used to lure me for $99 special tune up fee-into calling them for my air conditioner. The company was a complete and utter RIP OFF STAY AWAY FAR AS YOU CAN don't use them if you don't like being ripped off. No guarantee even for 30 days on their work by the way NOTHING AT ALL . They use two names by the way" Universal" and" Master" plumbers "of Huntington NY BE AWAY STAY FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN ------------------------ WARNING NO GUARaNTEE is your real clue never to use this company !

Master's is really good; Tom is the best. Usually when i've hired companies to do a big job, after they get paid they'll say goodbye and you won't hear from them again. I hired Master's last year to do an oil to gas conversion. I've had some questions and they have come to inspect several times and come up with solutions to my concerns. Master's did not leave me high and dry after a $10K job. Thank you Tom!
I had a new combo boiler and domestic hot water system installed and old boiler removed. Tom and Anthony were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Any and all questions I had were answered. They were very clean workers. They protected the floors and stairs with coverings. Chris showed up on time, was very professional, diagnosed the the problem with my gas burner not firing and had me up and running in no time. The office staff kept me informed about the status of the ordered part that was needed for the repair. I would highly recommend this company for your home plumbing issues,

So Jesus Heredia installed an electric automatic filler on my boiler. That’s the valve so you don’t have to manually fill up your boiler to the line. I can’t say enough nice things about him, he was on time and did a great job. No complaints at all. Thank you Mr. Heredia.
They did the conversion from oil to gas for us. They arrived early which is great! Very nice and my basement was immaculate after they left.
