From the initial service call to the installation of a new heating/cooling system, it was professional and courteous all the way! They installed our new furnace and central A/C system and could not have been better. They took the time to completely explain everything once the installation was complete. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, fair and professional heating/cooling company!

Our AC was not blowing cold air and we were in the heat of summer. I called and they sent someone out the same day to fix it. The tech was very friendly and professional, he fixed it quickly and our AC is blowing cold air again! I highly recommend!

The Techs explains the procedures, keeps you informed of what they’re doing. They’re very knowledgeable and are always willing to change the filter if you have one available. I recommended Gladstone Commercial Heating & Cooling to my parents so of course I would recommend them to my friends and coworkers. Gladstone Commercial Heating & Cooling are awesome!
If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are the most unprofessional heating repair company there is . The technician was very nasty and rude. Sent me nasty threatening text messages and screamed At me on the phone . I can’t believe they treat customers this way. I called several times to speak to a manager they told me I couldn’t speak to anyone . They said someone would contact me which they didn’t. Never use this company !!!!
Inspection that did not happen... They blew off the scheduled appointment with no call, no text and no notice. Eager and polite to get the work but by not contacting your customer... and a call center that could not answer any basic question but finally had to confess they were a third party call center and could not really help.
I had the air conditioner and furnace for the upper floor of my home replaced recently. They were very prompt and professional starting with the sales guy who came to meet me on a weekend. The installation by technicians Ben and his crew started right on time, was done quickly and cleanly and they even took care of details like installing CO monitors where I needed, putting shoe covers to avoid dirtying my carpet ..
Gladstone Commercial Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job installing air conditioning in our 15-year-old house. The residential sales consultant was well-informed and pleasant. He didn't put any pressure on us. Throughout the two days of installation, the technicians were professional and courteous. They were all very nice to our dogs, too! When the time comes, I will not hesitate to hire them again.
They came out on a Friday morning to evaluate my AC that died on a Thursday night. They were on time and so professional. They got me a reasonable estimate immediately and were able to complete a new install the next week. I was also very pleased to see that not only did they wear booties when they came in to check my AC, but when it was install day, they lined all carpeted areas with a drop cloth to keep from ruining my carpets. I would recommend Gladstone Commercial Heating & Cooling company and will hire them again should the need arise.
First class people and first-class service from Gladstone Commercial Heating & Cooling. There were no high pressure sales and gave us a very honest assessment of what needs to be done. I have worked with several different AC companies in the past and Garner it's the best I have seen. Super detail-oriented and extremely punctual. I can't find anything negative to comment about. 5*****!!
Just had a water tank replaced by Carl from Gladstone. When I made an appointment, the lady on the phone explained the billing expectation and possibilities very well. No surprises. He arrived on time this morning after a heads up call from their office. Amiable, cheery guy to do business with. The removal/installation was done in a timely manner and the resulting job was a marked improvement over the existing installation. A very tidy work, on budget, on time. Very happy and will use them again. Highly recommend to everyone who had a bit issue at home. Good luck guys
I highly recommend Gladstone Commercial Heating & Cooling! Tech came out after hours to check for a gas leak and stayed until the job was done. He gave us several helpful tips on maintaining our furnace as well. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and determined to find the root cause of the issue. I can not recommend these guys enough, and will be using them for any future HVAC needs!
I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. We got a new furnace and AC installed in our house.Their technicians are very professional, pleasant and they made the whole process very smooth. Their work was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.
