Tom and Rex (spelling?) were phenomenal, professional, and took pride in doing diligent work. They installed a sink and new shower hardware. ( If you base your decision of hiring the company on this review, make sure to request Tom and rex--or someone else reviewed positively here-- because, we had someone else sent to us for a different project, and the experience wasn't as pleasant. The customer service was helpful, just the people they sent a second time, weren't that pleasant to deal with.) You can tell that Tom is someone who knows his profession very well. He was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this duo. To management: If you require them to do paperwork, it would be very helpful to outfit them with a proper device (tablet). It is very difficult for the customer and for them to navigate everything on a phone. It is time-consuming for everyone.
I am grateful to technicians Edwin and Bryan. They were on time, professional, patient, and thorough. I hope I won't have another plumbing issue anytime soon, but if I do I know just who to call. Thank you All Day Plumbing. P. Clarke

My first time experience was totally excellent. They were very professional, willing to answer all my questions, and also followed up after the job was done. All Day Plumbing cares about their customers and I felt totally taken care of their focus is indeed customer service and customer satisfaction. I totally recommend them and now have a lasting relationship with them for my water heater and also furnace. Thank you all Day Plumbing especially to your workers Panda, George, Vish & Jibby you all did excellent work, showed me what to do and answered all my questions. I found this company from Home Depot and wanted to get an estimate to install central heat and cooling to our home during the gut renovation. A very rude and disrespectful personnel came into our home, and the rest was history.
Do NOT use these people. So unprofessional and rude on the phone. They NEVER return a phone call. They installed a dishwasher for us through Lowe's (that's another story). That was a little over a week ago and now the dishwasher isn't working properly and they refuse to return a call. NEVER AGAIN!
Requested quote first time to install a gas water heater Paul the manager came and right off entering oh this is a lot of work ,you don’t want an electric water heater ,why don’t you get a quote from some other company clearly not interested in doing the job. This was back in June of 2022. In October by coincidence tried thru other sources and surprise, surprise who responded ( All day plumbing) this time they sounded interested in the job they asked full pay up front about $4,000 but settled for half a month went by and no information from them contacted them and again surprise needed to spend an extra $500 for a different inspection or Con Ed wouldn’t give me the permit’s decided to cancel job and to get money more stories. To think that this company is referred by Home Depot and Lowes is beyond belief maybe the should be notified where there references are going So. Stay stay stay away from this company
I was connected to All Day Plumbing & Heating via a service request I put in through Home Depot when our 100 gallon water heater stopped working because of a leak. I talked to their sales rep for a bit and we decided on a 75 gallon tank both based on the needs of the building, but also based on its availability (a 100 gallon tank would have taken a week to get!) Installation was great! and it included the removal of the old water heater. Unfortunately less than two months after the installation, it stopped providing hot water and the pilot would not light. When I called them I got no answer, but I got a text-back message that asked for more information. When I spoke to them the next day, I was told that I had to contact the manufacturer (Rheem) I ended up having to call my own plumber after troubleshooting with Rheem. It turned out that the problem was with the pilot assembly which had somehow burned out and was ultimately not providing gas to the burner. So I am disappointed. I would have expected All Day to have sent someone over to inspect the hot water heater and come to that conclusion. Instead had to jump through hoops for support.

Not a good company for plumbers. Most of this companies work is hvac. You'll end up wasting your time and skills. To install in excess of 9 to 10 waterheaters a week along with re piping toilet flanges for this company and make $654 quite frankly is a waste of a plumbers time. All aspiring plumbers looking to get paid right, take your skills somewhere where you can make a good living. The company cannot afford plumbers.
My water heater gave out on us on July 4th... I called Lowes for a new one and got "All Day Plumbing and Heating" as my installer on 7/6/23. Vish and Will did an amazing job. Vish called and arrived at my home to access and explain what was required. After install Vish explained how to use the new unit. This was a smooth removal and install thanks fellas. 😊 I would highly recommend their services
Hot water went out Sunday night and my plumber had retired. We've been looking for a new one and my wife had taken a picture of one of their repair vans earlier that month. Called and spoke to Briana who was very helpful and professional. She had me forward pictures of the old unit to save time and arranged for an installation on the following day. Master plumber Vish and his apprentice Brian arrived on time and ready to work. I told Vish that I had 2 goals. The first was to take a hot shower that evening and the 2nd was to be able to write a glowing review. They were both efficient and kept me updated the whole time. Vish gave me detailed information on easy steps to maintain my new unit. My family and I were indeed able to take hot showers that evening. I believe I have found my new furnace guy!
They scheduled to come but they didn’t came and ruined my all day. When I heard about worse work experience ….
They seem very nice and on time with the apt but after they left I was supposed to get an estimate through email and never received it and when I called they said they have no record of the appointment.
I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Dominick over the phone and on the day of the appointment 15 mins after nobody called me, I had to call him back and they decided to reschedule for next week without letting me know. They are such a irresponsible company, wouldn't do business with them.
The plumbing guy Jason had done professionally install the water heater for our building. I would recommend this place for plumbing service.
We had an experienced and professional installer. The installer cleaned up the area after doing the job and explained the details of the warranty for us. We were very happy with the service and would recommend All Day Plumbing and Heating to anyone who needs this type of work done.
They accompanied contractors from THD to set up my dishwasher. He arrived early, was very knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, and all around great. Installed my new dishwasher in good time and made sure the job was done past my expectations. Highly recommended!
