Tim arrived on time and took care of the maintenance of my AC unit in a professional and friendly manner. Very happy with the work he did.
Tim was quick, efficient, and fair. Called this morning because our central air/nest system stopped working and he arrived this afternoon. He quickly identified the issue and resolved it, all within one visit. Considering it’s summertime and the humidity has been painful, our family is extremely grateful for this service.
Technician Tim was definitely a nice guy who knew what he was doing but the office booked an in-line dehumidifier install which he was not familiar with.

1. 2021:Tim did a good job inspecting and cleaning my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was on time and wore shoe cover (and face mask) when entering my house. Will use his service again. 2. 2022: Reise did an excellent job of cleaning, PM for my gas furnace. I will have a safe and warm winter.

So my system is well over 12 years old and I decided it was time to get it replaced. HVAC Specialist was the only company out of the 3 that I called that offered me a decent price and installed my air conditioner next day.
I recently gave these guys a call after hours of searching online for a good air conditioning company. I've never been impressed with hvac companies because they're always super pushy, hvac specialist was not and it was such a relief. The tech replaced my thermostat and did a maintenance on my hvac system.
You want an hvac company that knows what they're doing, thats these guys at hvac specialist inc. They did a full ac replament and air quality test at my new home and it hasn't given me any issues.

I've been using hvac specialist for years and I've never had a bad experience. They come out every year to do my furnace and ac maintenance.
My air conditioner decided to just stop working one day and allthough it's not super hot yet I was worried this meant I would have to replace it. Definitely not looking forward to that expense right now, thankfully their tech came out found the problem right away turns out it was just a bad fuse. I'm super happy with this company and I'm pretty sure it wont be the last time I use Hvac specialist.

I started using HVAC 2-3 yrs ago when I had an emergency during Covid times. They were very responsive and helpful. Nowadays, HVAC maintains my heating and AC system and I know they’re dependable if I have any emergency. They’re good, reliable, and trustworthy!
It was my first time using John Havac specialist to Service our AC system. Tim appeared to be very knowledgeable and I trust his service and his suggestions. I found him to be a friendly and caring person.
