I’ve been using Jet Air for five years now and couldn’t be more pleased with the work. John and his crews have handled everything from yearly service of my Buderus condensing boiler to repairs, additions to my plumbing and heating systems as well as the occasional emergency stuff my mother in law had with her heating unit. JetAir service is five star. The office is prompt and efficient in responding to my requests. John is an owner who cares deeply for the outstanding reputation reputation he’s worked so hard at earning. I’d highly recommend JetAir for anything HVAC or plumbing and heating. Joe Buono
I hate to even write a review like this, but this guy had ZERO respect for my time and completely blew me off. I called and scheduled to have them come to my home and give me an estimate to install a humidifier. I took the day off of work so I could accommodate their visit. After he was supposed to show up, he called me to say he was running behind, and then some how got out of the visit entirely (he stated he’d email me some humidifier information but that would’ve been nice to know that before I rearranged my work schedule). By the way, still waiting for that email weeks later. Not cool.
I called and they came exactly when they said. Honest company. Ben is a great tech. His boss Bob was right on. I wish be calling them for an upgrade soon

I couldn’t be more pleased with Jet Air from start to finish. They were super friendly and responsive from the moment I contacted them for a quote to convert from oil to gas. Jon was super informative and detailed about all options available and guided his recommendations based on my mere mention of future expansion of bathroom backed up to boiler. They offered finance options and were able to start and finish the project immediately. When I had questions Jon called me personally late evenings and truly was an honest, kind and knowledgeable professional. His team even made multiple mentions of how he makes sure they have the best of the best equipment/tools to do the job such as a special electrical lift to help rid the old broiler without breaking their backs. The finished job was neat and truly perfected to allow us the best possible outcome! Thank you Jet Air we will be referring you for years to come!!
Great response time on an AC fix and quality and efficient work. James is a nice and respectful worker. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
they do not honor the wording and specifics of their contract. customer service very poor. do not return phone calls. look elsewhere
This is the second time I have had an emergency and the second time I have called Jon at Jet air. I text him at 10pm last night he had someone at my house at 8am today. Problem was fixed by 930am. I highly recommend.
My heat stopped working and my house was 47 degrees when I woke up. Jet air was able to come out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend and fix my heat quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will be using this company for all my HVAC needs and recommending them to all my family and friends

Amazing company! Prompt, on time, understands the urgency of service in a hospital setting. Professional and explains everything. They are affordable too. Highly recommend to anyone in need of help and fast!
The condensor of my mini split AC unit went bad and was out of warranty...of course this happens when i was 7 months pregnant in the midst of summer. The guys and christine found me a new unit (even though carrier said they were all back-ordered until the end of time). Installed it right when it came in, moved one of my indoor units also for me and everything is working great now. Jet Air has always been just a phone call away since i found them a year or two ago and they always work with you to get you on schedule if you have an emergency.
They gave us the best price estimate when we were shopping around, and the service was quick and professional. Zero complaints, and they'll be our first choice on any future projects.
I was extremely impressed by the professionalism displayed by all of the employees that I came in contact with, They fixed my issue in 10 minutes and allowed me to enjoy the comfort of my home A +++++++++

I would recommend JetAir! They squeezed us on last week during a heat wave and there was a bit of confusion/miscommunication, but they were quick and professional in clearing everything up for us. They are finishing the job tomorrow and we are grateful for their kindness and professionalism. They will be our continued HVAC company moving forward.
If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! I had a problem with my AC unit. Called their service number within minutes I received a call back from Lauren. She was soo kind and professional. John was at my house shortly after our call to fix my unit. This co. Has a forever customer. If you are in need of an AC co. Look no further they are the best out there. John came to my home and went above and beyond to help me with my condenser. He fixed it within minutes. He was very professional and thorough. John also fixed my humidifier. Everything now is working properly and efficiently! Thank you to John and thank you to Lauren for being so kind on the phone.
