I called Weber & Grahn at 10am for an emergency visit and not being a customer of record, felt surely I would be told (for the third time this morning), "10-14 days for any new customers". However, quite unlike the two other HVAC establishments I called, Ms Nicole of W&G was courteous, caring, and very professional. She explained everything and immediately sent me out a new client form to complete and scan back. I was then told I am on the urgent list and to expect a call from a technician within 12 - 24 hours. To my astonishment, at 4:30 pm, Josh from W&G was at my home to examine and repair our AC system. He was neat, precise, friendly, and over all excellent. He had us up and cooling quickly and all this in only a few hours from my initial call !! What a pleasure to work with a local company with employees like Nicole and Josh. They are the finest ambassadors Weber and Grahn could ever wish for to represent their business. The owners and management team at W&G should be very proud of how they performed today. Weber and Grahn do a good job but not a great one. They seem to hire experienced techs but some are better than others. They don’t always do things right the first time and they then followup by sending techs without complete/accurate instructions. They waste a LOT of time due to lack of notes and preparation. Some techs seem keen on leaving as soon as possible — as if they’re trying to hit a number rather than trying to be perfect. They are expensive. They could command fees that high if they were more organized.
I have been using Weber & Grahn for many years for all my HVAC needs and highly recommend them. It's always quick and easy to schedule appointments and the technicians show up as scheduled. The service crew and installers are all friendly, trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for having 24/7 emergency service and actually showing up when I needed you!! Always quality work from a trustworthy company!
I have been working professionally with this company for years and I also use them for my personal home. They are without a doubt, a premier company on the east end. All their employees are professional and personable. great Company to use.
Weber and Grahn are simply the best.
We have used Weber & Grahn for several years now. They have a team of nice and knowledgeable workers always get our air conditioning up and running and now introduced wireless controls on our phone which will be great with our multi level home in Mtk. The office staff is also very helpful and stays on top of our request. So yes we do recommend using this company.
Great company. Anytime I’ve had an issue with heating or AC they’ve come in a timely fashion and wouldn’t leave until the problem was resolved. They did all my HVAC work. Would definitely recommend.

This company saved us big time during the heat of the summer. We have a one year old at home and our AC Fan blew out. They had a repair guy over at our house within 2-3 hours and were able to fix the problem in under an hour. They have been reliable time in and time out to help us with any of our AC and heating issues. Would definitely recommend.
My hot water heater recently broke down, Weber & Grahn arrived not long after I called and replaced it the same day. They were very professional with quality work and reasonable pricing. I called because I totally trust them. Years ago they installed my central air system which has been serving me very well!!! Thank you
Trust worthy company, I wouldn't be able to use any other one out there. Their price is right and you can always call with any questions or concerns. They are happy to help. We have a great relationship for the last 10 years.

Best company on the east end by far. I had the pleasure of meeting the staff and the work was beyond my expectations. Im very grateful they came and did such a good job on little notice thank you again!
I dont normally write reviews as I’m also a business owner, but this experience is worth me writing this. First of all they are discriminating and rude. Micheal is screaming at me on the phone and refusing any new customers . If you have an emergency please don’t waste your time and call them. Whatever happened to compassion and customer service. Very saddened by this .
Called for service in August for air conditioning and it took 3 visits and $700 for a $200 job. Technician duct taped the wrong size air filter on my system(I had to remove it and install proper size) and changed thermostat(which did not need to be changed). I’m still waiting for a phone call back to explain but they only sent a bill collection notice....I’m surprised because I’ve used them in the past and they were great. I could not believe also that the unit outside the house was not cleaned after $700 bill. Sloppy, ineffective and expensive.

Horrendous experience
I called mid day hoping I might get appointment for at least the next day. I was told a technician would be there later in the day. Two hours later he was at my door. The Technician was Sal who listened and then walked me through the possibilities and then quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. He further discussed what likely happened and was a wealth of knowledge. Appreciated the effort. I was a first time customer but now I'm definitely sold on their service. Very professional.
Beware using these thieves. They tack on fees when they do not do any work. Called for them to adjust my service bill---but they refused to acknowledge their thievery.
They claim to have abilities and all they are doing is trying to get into your house and trying to sell you other , more expensive, products. I had contacted both Nest & Aprilaire to see if the products would work together. Both companies said yes.So I called some local companies who said they didn't know how. This company claimed to be able to. Well- after 2 visits they said the equipment , Nest ( which worked perfectly before & after the visit ) , was at fault and that they would solve all the issues if I were to buy a very expensive Honeywell thermostat through them . No dice .....not falling for that. At least the others were honest ..go to them.
