The owner came to fix my Friedrich Air Conditioner that was leaking water due to 2 clogged drain holes. He tilted the A/C so it will drain out the back as well. It's been working very well since his service..Would Recommend you use him.

John was amazing, he showed compassion. He has such a passion for what he does. And he knows what he's doing. We bought 5 Freidrich units and had problems with the installation (not done by John). He came solved all our issues. A GREAT GUY!!!
Jon at Advanced AC was super helpful and fixed an issue that other technicians were unable to address. Earlier this year, a technician installed a new friedrich mini split in my apartment, and then abandoned the job with one of the units not working. Jon agreed to take a look. He gave me a fair price, showed up on time. Did whatever it took to get the unit working. He’s great at communicating, clearly explaining costs and timing. He also came up with a solution to fix an HVAC in another part of the building. I’ll be contacting Jon for HVAC and mini split issues going forward, and would highly recommend him to others.
John is a fantastic repair professional. He was able to immediately pinpoint the rattling AC noise problem, fix it, and explain the issue thoroughly. His friendly and warm demeanor made it an A+ service visit. And payment to him via Venmo was super convenient. Will definitely use again for a unit spring cleaning next year.
John, got to my house very quickly on a hot day. The split A/C's in 2 of my children's rooms were not working. He quickly recharged the system and got the AC's working again so everyone could sleep comfortably. A real life saver. While he was working at my house he also took a look at a split AC unit at my in law's house, 2 houses away on the same block. He found a leak and made the repair.
It's a scam. Charges $95. to say it can't be fixed and the money will go towards a new AC and then never returns ...
Called to make an appointment and they never showed up. Left a voicemail the day after (7/21), which was never answered. Not dependable. Avoid
My family had a wonderful experience working with John. He helped my mom who is elderly replace an AC unit that had problems from the start and was less than 2 years old. My mom needed the AC due to health problems. John understood the urgency and quickly came to assess the problem. He quickly emailed Friedrich and made follow-up calls to them. In the end my mother had a new replacement unit delivered and installed within days! We are super appreciative of John's help in this matter. He is a true professional and I would recommend him highly! Thank you John!

Just purchased a 24,000 btu air conditioner to replace my old one. John gave me a quote over the phone and arranged an installation date. The workers called before arriving and were on time and courteous. They installed a new sleeve and air conditioner and removed the old one. He answered any questions we had and they meticulously cleaned up after themselves. John, the owner, came by later to check the installation and provided us with our receipt. Can't say enough good things about this company. I will definitely tell my friends about them and will use them again.
I had waited from 1 to 5 pm for Jhon to arrive but he stud me up and did not respond to text or phone call. No show no call.
Our two month old Friedrich Wallmaster stopped working. Friedrich gave us this companies number for warranty repair and we called right away. He picked up right away, and we made an appointment for Monday with times we would be available. He said he would call with a time frame. Monday morning 5/23/22 my wife called to see what time they would be coming by. The mailbox was full and the message said to leave a text. So my wife left a text. Time came and went. My wife texted again mid afternoon and still no response. It is now 8:30pm. No show. Barring any catastrophe, since everyone else seemed to have a good experience with this company, this is unacceptable. It’s one thing to cancel. It’s another thing to not respond and not show up! Definitely cannot recommend. Now we have to go through the process of finding someone else to do the warranty repair.
Simply helpful and honest! I’d have been happy to book a service call and see the problem fixed and they could quite easily have done that. But instead I was asked a few questions and they immediately diagnosed the problem which I could easily fix myself with their help over the phone. Job done at no cost. Least I can do it let everyone know how helpful they are with a review.
