I called on a Sunday afternoon around 3p BC my heat wasn't coming on. I spoke with Mentor who said he would come to my house within a hour and a half. Sure enough his guy was there. Unfortunately a part needed to be order and he was not able to complete the job that night. He said he would return the following day. I'm guessing I was the first job for the day. they were at my home 8oclock in the morning. The job was completed within a hour. I am thankful for Mentor and his worker. Job well done. I would surely recommend.
Prompt, efficient service, fairly priced. They were able to quickly identify and fix the problem with our central air unit. We would highly recommend them.
