As a contractor myself, I have used lake effect heating & cooling many of times myself on jobs. I also refer him to friends and family. I have 0 complaints about Andy and his business
My best friends furnace went out and needed someone and she called 7 people and he was the only one that actually answered and he came right out to help her right away.. Very reasonable on pricing too
Andy came on time, was very knowledgeable and affordable! Came in time knowing we have a storm coming. Highly recommended! Very appreciative. Good work is hard to find but we found it.
