Augustine did a great job checking over all of our systems before winter. He was able to clean and prep our ancient steam boiler, which was reassuring before winter hits! Great job, punctual, thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Vista Heating & Cooling.

He was quite competent! I had a price from another firm, and they suggested purchasing a brand-new AC unit, but he discovered a small problem and my old unit is now functioning as it should! I greatly appreciate it.

Furnace went down on a Friday evening, and the appointment was promptly booked for the next morning. Tech arrived in a timely manner, was professional and friendly and got everything done within an hour. Can't say how welcome it is to have heat again before we plunge to deep freeze again.
They Missed my appointment time scheduled between 4-7 then canceled on me at 7 pm. Being to late to call anyone I was left without heat.
I have been a Vista Heating & Cooling customer for 4-years and have been on a bi-annual service plan with them ever since they replaced both of my heating and air systems. Their technicians are timely, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and customer centered. I have never had anything but excellent service from the entire Vista Heating & Cooling staff.
Matt Harvey just performed our 6-month evaluation and maintenance service under our annual contract. He was friendly, efficient, and thorough and answered the few questions that I had effectively and politely. We have been customers of Vista HVAC for many years because of their continuing, good service.

Tech called me 20 minutes prior to confirm the appointment, arrived on time as scheduled, answered all questions, advised us without trying to sell us some new AC unit as other companies do. Vista Heating & Cooling is honest and professional company that employs hard working people with knowledge and understanding of their industry. Highly recommended!
My heat went out early this morning and I was dreading coming back home to a freezing cold house. I decided to call a bunch of people right away to get it fixed ASAP. Finally when I called these guys they offered to come to my place anytime today. The guy that came out was able to fix my furnace in a short amount of time. The price was fair too ! If you need your heater repaired they are perfect for the job!
Woke up, had water dripping inside the wall, making a lot rippling below the paint. Called Vista Heating & Cooling at 10am, they had a tech at the house by 1pm same day without having an appointment. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Prompt. Professional. Highly recommend Vista Heating & Cooling.
I have used Vista Heating & Cooling for all my HVAC needs for the past two years. Their service people are always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The service people are quick, efficient, and are very business-like. They never try and sell you things you don't need, or up-sell special services. I am very happy with them and intend to use them for years to come!
Vista Heating & Cooling showed up to remove and replace my furnace during this last week of snow. They arrived on time, worked well as a team, were personable and neat and sounded as if they knew what they were doing. I am very happy with the services and with this company. Would highly recommend.

Called them this morning and they were at my house early afternoon. My furnace motor was going out. Gave me options. No hard sell or pressure. Would definitely recommend Vista Heating & Cooling. Very professional and honest.
Made Friday appointment for 8-10 am, “someone will call you 30 mins before they show up.” At 9:45, I called because no one had called. Then I find out the appointment was actually scheduled, “bla bla bla...so sorry, but we can have someone out there today shortly.” 6 pm came and went, still no call or technician. Called again, yesterday, and was told they have limited technicians because of the holiday, but they will definitely have someone call me by end of business. No call, again! Called again today, explained I’ve been waiting over a week for them to come fix this issue, turns out, “we’re closed Monday-Wednesday this week.” Good thing your staff is not knowledgeable and makes appointments and promises your business doesn’t deliver on. Will never bother with this company, again.
Love this company. They are prompt, do their job and gives all the details clearly and cheerfully. I’ve only had great experiences with them. They did a commendable job installing my HVAC and have been maintaining it.
The company that installed our Hvac system last year apparently closed down and our unit was due for annual maintain ace.Glad I came across Vista Heating & Cooling on the internet and I was pleased by how timely they were to respond and to come out .Scott was professional he did the necessary adjustments I was very pleased with his professionalism.Planning to use them moving forward!!
