I wish I could give TEN STARS! Ali and his team are Top Notch professionals. Five years ago he installed our AC, it has worked perfectly all this time. Came to do a bit of maintenance today, no charge. We could not be happier with the quick response and workmanship. BRAVO!!!
I'm impressed with MSD's professionalism , honesty and quality of service. I spoke with many HVAC specialists who were either too expensive or too busy or couldn't provide me a straight answer. Fortunately, a friend of mine put me in touch with Mehmet Ali who provided me with honest straight forward answers. He suggested I go with a 2 Ton Bosch Heat Pump system for my 2nd and 3rd floors. In addition, I also had installed a 12K BTU basement wall hung Fuijitsu unit with pump for my basement. The entire job was complete in two days (not to mention it was probably the hottest two days of the year). The guys were neat, clean, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking to install a quality HVAC heating and cooling system in their home. This is a follow up to a previous post I wrote a couple of years ago regarding MSD and the quality service they provide. I recently contacted them about my ductless Fujitsu and there was a technician at my house later that week. Needless to say my Fujitsu was working properly and my basement was cool in no time at all. I would recommend MSD to anyone.

MSD heating and cooling replaced our central A/C unit. We are 100% satisfied. Great price, excellent installation, they respond quickly. They do what they say they will, quickly and neat. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Highly recommended!!!

Ali and his company were recommended to me by my neighbor . They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem & gave me a great price. The AC repair took a few hours and they were very professional & neat. They could have easily overcharged me as I’m not familiar with CAC repair. I highly recommend this company!!

The owner Ali is a God send! He is very honest, fair and hardworking! I would highly recommend this company! My unit is quite old and was not working last year, after 2 companies telling me I need a complete new unit for big bucks which I couldn't afford I called Ali! He made a few minor repairs at minimal cost and got it running well! This year when the unit was leaking inside - I called Ali. He sent 2 of his men - again great job! If you want a great job at a fair price this is the company for you!
These men were prompt and we needed an emergency quickly, and they came right out the next day after we called, even though they were booked solid. The fixed the problem quickly even though it was a challenge. They were smart, courteous, ready to answer questions, and new what they were doing. I highly recommend them. Great company to work with and had no problems.

Called them yesterday, they were here today. Technician (Martin I believe, apologies if I got it wrong) was extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Exactly the type of person you want working in your home. My system is extremely old so he didnt make any promises he couldnt keep, and I appreciate that kind of honesty. They got me up and working for a very reasonable price and I'll have them price out a new system for me as well, I would 100% have them back. Its such an easy recipe, I dont understand why every business doesnt use it, be honest, be fair, be polite and you'll have a customer for life. These guys are A+.
