Fantastic Service. Had a problem with my boiler so I called them. No answering service or recording, they answered the phone! They advised me over the phone as to what to do, and was at my house the next day to fix the problem. Very professional.
I don’t leave reviews often, but when I get great service I try to make sure I do! I was referred to New Era from my aunt (and cousin) whom were pleased with their services prior. My furnace stopped working last night and my home got very cold as the heat was not on. I called new era and they were prompt and helpful with my call and then John was out here in a timely fashion even though it was late at night/emergency! He was so helpful for not only fixing the problem and getting my heat back on but he was also very informative and giving me education about a variety of components I was not super familiar with. I really feel he went above and beyond and will be using this family business for my yearly maintenance and such moving forward!!
Called New ERA because they're sticker was on my boiler when I needed service during a sub-zero-degree stretch of weather. (The previous owner of our home, who I called, recommended I use them.) John showed up quickly and patiently explained everything that needed to be done immediately to get heat back to one of the three zones and explained what can be done in the near future to improve the entire system once temp's are more spring-like. He also patiently answered all of my questions. It is a second-generation family business, and his mom still answers the phone promptly.
I have used this company many times in the past for service, repairs and installations of heating and air conditioning equipment at my home and rental properties. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. I have also recommended them to many clients, friends and family members who also have had nothing but good things to say about the service they received. I would highly recommend New Era!!!
Appears to be a one man crew. If you're looking for a handyman style of work that provides band-aids, look no further. If you are looking for someone that provides quality repairs that are up to actual code and keep the safety of the customer in mind, I recommend you look else where. This is the kind of company that gives the vocational industries a bad name.
Awhile ago, John from New Era Heating installed our Emerson Sensi Smart Thermostat for us. We were very happy with the thermostat installation and set up instructions he provided so we scheduled a furnace maintenance appointment. John found 2 issues that he quickly repaired with replacement parts for a reasonable cost. We considered it very fortunate that John diagnosed potential problems now rather than waking up to a cold house in January. John is professional, knowledgeable & a good communicator. Highly recommend.
After calling New Era Heating & Cooling on August 10, 2021, I was assured that a technician would come to assess the issue. The company kept me in loop with phone calls letting me know when the tech would be on site. John showed up, and was the most polite, professional technician that I had come repair something in my home. He talked to us about what could be wrong, then he went out there and repaired the A/C. After he finished, he came in and gave us tips on how to conserve energy and maintain the A/C unit. I will now all New Era for all my HVAC issues!
We had no heat and New Era responded within an hour. Furnace was repaired. John was honest and reliable. Highly recommend.
John was great to work with. He promptly came to our house, followed COVID-19 protocols & repaired our heat at an extremely fair price. We won’t hesitate calling them for future repairs or maintenance. If you are looking for a reliable company, don’t call anyone else but New Era.
Had an appointment with them. they called to say they would be late and then.never showed up. Obviously can't count on them.
My elderly father was without heat yesterday, I called New Era to make an appointment for repair and they were at his house within an hour,problem fixed and heat running an hour later, Thank you New Era for your kind professional and prompt service
Used New Era for the first time last week. They did a tune-up of my furnace and fixed my humidifier! John was professional and friendly, and the price was very reasonable. I will be recommending New Era to family and friends!
I can't recommend this company enough. Friendly, professional and great quality of work! A family owned business who truly care about their customers. Honestly, i wouldn't go with any other company!
