John was there when I needed him. He’s friendly and treated me like you would a good neighbor. These folks are all about getting the job done right, no shortcuts or half-baked solutions. Their expertise in the field left me impressed and reassured that I made the right choice.
John is an expert in this field, is very personable, always on time, has great communication, and fair pricing. He and his crew installed a new mini-split heating and air conditioning unit for our second floor in one day. It looks beautiful and is running great! I highly recommend John and his team.
I called John with an issue we had someone else that did our Heating and Plumbing. He came the SAME day and checked everything out for us. Although we have multiple issues and all could not be addressed the same day, he tried to help get our central air turned on so we could have some cool air on the very hot days we recently had. He told us our options, was very professional and very honest! Would definitely recommend getting in contact with if needed, as he is also very knowledgeable in the field!

John was excellent. I couldn’t ask for anyone better. He was friendly, on time, people oriented, and very knowledgeable about his work. I had an old furnace removed, and new one installed. I will be calling him when I replace my central this year. I strongly recommend him.

Just as the real heat of a New England summer was beginning to present itself at our new home in Upstate New York my family and I escaped to the coast to enjoy the turn in the weather. Unfortunately, when we returned home we found that our central air had simply quit working for us leaving us condemned to miserable heat and humidity. I googled HVAC repairs and found a number of well reviewed larger companies but was put off by the fact that none of them were able to honor their claim to give a same day quote. The steep fee just to get someone from these companies to come look at our system was also a factor that kept me from committing to using their services. Thankfully, I found Control Heating and Cooling where John answered my first call and set up a time to look at my system 2 hours later. After doing a full walk through on our unit and ducts John gave me to option to repair the problems with our 35 year old system but also opened the door to acquiring a new unit for us if we decided to do so. He was able to point me to several different products on the line so that I could review the estimated costs and installation fees associated with each product. While I was doing that, John was doing what he could to get our system functioning in the near term should we not decide to purchase new equipment. By the time he'd wrapped up I had decided to go through with the purchase and installation of a new unit so Control Heating and Cooling waived the initial fees and set up an installation appointment. I was able to view a detailed invoice later that evening and accept or decline taking the work further. Obviously, I chose to pay the initial deposit and go through with the installation. Two days later we had a new fully installed unit as well as a fair amount of new duct work in order to replace some of the hurried work done by the previous owners. I barely knew John was here that day because he simply kept his head down, did the job asked of him, and stayed out of ou
John was very professional and made it a painless experience to get central air installed into my home. I referred him to a friend and out of all the quotes my friend got John was the cheapest. But don't let his value make you think that you'll suffer in quality. The system that John installed for me has worked flawlessly since he installed it and I will gladly use his service for anything in the future that he can cover. He deserves your business and I hope you choose him.
Saved my but in early spring. Got a new furnace for my sister /installed and connected to gas within days. Great guy, great service and great communication. Call John, you won't regret it.
John was sent here by the warranty company, met for the first time. Have worked with many, he previously worked for one of the large area HVAC vendors for years before going on his own. Happy to see someone like him building his own business. Top shelf.
This company was fast reliable and professional. technician stayed to make sure my furnace was working properly and has been working fine for over a week with no issues only took him an hour to diagnose and fix very fair rates.
I have hired John on 3 separate occasions and he was able to show up and fix the furnace the same day I needed him. Honest and professional.

Professional & affordable .
I have tried to write this review many times and it never sounds right to me. I can not give enough stars for the service and professional work that was done. I was freezing with no furnace, was told by others they would not touch my old furnace. I found by chance or maybe sent to me from above John. I explained what others had said and he did not think twice about coming out to take a look and help. When everyone else had failed he came through and when there was duct work that had to be made because my old furnace was different he made it himself to make sure I had heat. I can not say enough about what he did, but I can say for your heating needs he is the man for the job. 100% handsdown his is the man to call!
