Just needed a toilet replaced. They said $75 an hour. They were here for 1 hour. Took 15 minutes to write up the bill. Then said they were here an hour and a half. Whatever. But then they said the bill was over $400. I looked at him like he was crazy. He said “Oh, wait I did my math wrong.” Fixed his math… and it was $243. Apparently it’s $75 an hour PER person. There was two guys there…one basically just stood and watched the other work. The only time there was even kind of two people needed was when they carried out the old toilet…which I could’ve helped with. For $75 an hour it was worth paying someone to just take care of it for me. For $150 an hour plus tax, I would’ve done it myself. And I would’ve made that decision if they hadn’t TOLD ME it was $75 an hour. I have other jobs I need done that I will never hire this company for, because I’m afraid they’ll find some way to DOUBLE the bill when it’s time to pay. Never ever again…
Fast and courteous service, with more than fair pricing. They helped us out of a bind more than once and will always be our first choice.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I called through a referral from another company I've worked with in the past that was unable to help me. I had my Hot Water Tank blow out the bottom and flood my basement on a Friday afternoon. Derek returned my call within an hour and within 3hrs I had hot water again. I have 3 children under the age of 3 and with the amount of laundry, dishes and bath giving I do on a daily basis, I couldn't go even 24hrs without hot water. He came right away, did the job he was asked to do and was in and out within less than an hour. I couldn't have asked for better service regardless, but for a Friday night at 8pm, he and his partner went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I am so thankful to them and will recommend them to anyone I can in the future!!!
I’ve been dealing with sewer backing up in my basement drain for the last 2 weeks, and other companies have come out and the issue was solved for a day before my sewer started to back up again as soon as I took a shower. I called Casale at 8am on Monday and Travis and Derrick were able to come out the same morning. They cleared my main sewer line from inside and outside the house and scoped the pipe to confirm the work was done and the pipes were in good condition. They also installed my dishwasher since the previous owners had gotten creative with their plumbing for the existing one and I could not do it myself. All services were completed in a timely and professional manner, with care to keep my home clean despite the dirty work they were doing, and they offered advice for how to keep my pipes clear so they wouldn’t have to come back. I’ve been able to run multiple loads in the washing machine and dishwasher and shower each day with no more sewer backups in my basement, and I will definitely use Casale for any future plumbing projects in my home.
Update: received a call from a technician who ended up running the call today, very nice gentleman and very thankful he went! He deserves 5 stars however the company as a whole needs to be better about communicating with their customers and not just canceling calls with no reason. Called to have a technician look at a boiler for my tenant and instead of running the call they instead said they couldn’t make it and never attempted to call me (landlord) to reschedule. Working for a plumbing and HVAC company previously I find this lack of communication highly unprofessional and the fact that they don’t finish the calls on the board is very inconsiderate to peoples lives and schedules.

We have used Casale Plumbing and Heating for 11yrs. We have always been satisfied with their work. Last week they installed a 18,000 BTU Mitsubishi unit. We love it. It cools quickly and quietly. Overcharged. Waited 4 weeks for a written estimate. Did not provide one. Was told over phone it would be 2 guys for a day but no materials list was provided. Will not ever recommend them to others.

My boiler was not working Don came out same day. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Replaced igniter. I felt price was fair. Will definitely use again in future

Called Casale last Wednesday 12/9. My radiators are getting hot, but I have no hot water from faucets. They called me back same day to say they could come out, but I explained that I was pretty strapped for cash and needed to know what kind of cost we were looking at. - they didn't come out. I called back Thursday 12/10 to let them know that I had found the necessary funds, and they told me they would try to squeeze me in. They called me twice at 3:12pm while i was at the dentist with my seven year old, i returned the call at 3:20pm (my wife gets home at 3:30pm) - they told me too late, the tech was already elsewhere) Friday - heard NOTHING Saturday - heard NOTHING Sunday - heard NOTHING Called them Monday morning at 10:54am (tried to wait on them) to see if we could schedule service... again the same line, we can try to get you in today. At 2:30pm I called them for an update, and they said I was next on the list IF they could get to me. Called back at 3:16pm to be told "if you can find someone else to come out that might be better" 5 days without hot water with a 7, 4, and 2 year old. Now I have to have another company come out and work on the equipment Casale installed. TJ's Plumbing and Heating already confirmed me for 8am in the morning. -Thanks TJ's Either Casale's is far too busy with emergency calls... every day of the week... OR Casale's office personnel don't really care. I think it's a combination of the 2 - because I was never given a name, or any opportunity to even be officially put on the schedule during the 5 day attempt. If you need service - i'm sure they know what to do... But if you have an emergency that happens to be time sensitive, i'd steer clear. UPDATE: 12/16 - TJ's Plumbing and Heating called at 8:00am, arrived by 8:45am, diagnosed and replaced the Aquastat before 10am, and now we are up and running. We are going to be replacing the whole system in the Spring, and TJ's will be getting our business.

We had a Mitsubishi air conditioning/heat pump installed in the spring. The unit cooled our entire downstairs this summer and we use the heat feature as a supplement to our floor heat now in the winter. We couldn't be more pleased with this unit. The techs who installed it were knowledgeable, fast and professional. Thank you Casales!
$940 to install 6 feet of baseboard heat and I already had the heating units and did not have to hook up to boiler, copper was cut off right before installation location, a bathroom remodel. Not the fleetest of foot of a plumber, couldnt believe how long it took. Paid premium service, received pretty slow performance. It was quality, just pricey.
I would recommend Casale to anyone looking for a plumber. From the ladies who answer the calls to the service. I had Travis and he was so professional and really nice. He explained all he did. I'd request him again. Thank you sincerely
