Our AC fan had stopped and needed a part. Wooding Heating and Cooling was responsive, sent a text with the service person's pic and brief bio. He was punctual. He assessed our situation and repaired it in half and hour. Talk about urgent help on a 90-degree day when your AC goes out. Very happy with the service.
Scam company. No physical location. Subcontracts work out to randoms on the street. Coordinator on the phone is extremely useless. Techs you get don't know anything and are extremely rude. Told me to ask for ETA on parts when that's their job! Please avoid this company.
Mike from Wooding Heating and Cooling company came out to check my non-cooling A/C. He diagnosed the problem, did the repair and had it cooling in no time. I will definitely recommend them in the future! Five stars for sure!!
Remarkable service! Mark was extremely detailed in the work he did and with everything he checked to ensure my a/c system is running efficiently. He explained everything that he did. He was very neat, efficient, and professional just as every technician that Wooding Heating and Cooling company has sent to my home has been. Thanks for the detailed work!!
DO NOT USE this company!! They wrote their own reviews! No website No Office!! I called at 8am for someone to come and look at my Central Air unit because it stopped working. Maintenance guy calls at 9 says he’s going to pick up some parts for the unit. He didn’t even come look at the unit before getting the parts..strange. He comes late around 1215. He looked at it says it’s a wet switch which would cost $285 for part and $130 for labor. I said ok. He leave to go get it then text me he has to special order it and it will be in after 5. He text me at 730 pm says he’s on his way back. Meanwhile the part cost anywhere from $16-$40. I said don’t come what a rip off. That part you can get at any local plumbing supply place. He said he had to go to Nassau to get it, then says he sent his guy to get it. I called the company and the guy Carlos who takes the calls was rude and hung up on me. STAY AWAY!!! Their address is an abandoned building on Jericho Tpke in Commack. SCAM artists. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
I have used this company on two occasions and I have always been impressed with their service. Their technicians are always on time for appointments and very responsive to any question you ask them. They have helped me to keep my units running and their charges are very fair.I highly recommend them.
Our service technician was great! He called in advance, asked questions about our issue and once he arrived did his checks/troubleshooting and found the problem. He explained everything as he was doing it, showing us as well. He was very open to any questions we had and had answers for all them! We appreciate tech and the work he did for us, thank you!!
Richard came to our house for a second opinion and possible estimate for a new air conditioner. He was extremely efficient and open with us and our system. He was knowledgeable and through. It was a pleasure meeting him and doing business with him. If I could I would give him a 10 * rating.
Wooding Heating and Cooling is one of the best HVAC companies that I have encountered. When my heat went out on Monday last week I called them and Richard came right out and fixed it. He was very personable and knew how to get the job done in a short time. The rates were reasonable and response unbeatable.
I contacted this company yesterday in the morning after my digital thermostat went blank and the furnace could only blow neutral air. To my shock, they were able to schedule a repair two hour later something that I never expected. Richard came out on and quickly diagnosed the problem and discovered there was a tripped limiter in the furnace. He fixed it shortly and was on his way out. Excellent service.
