Called on Monday got service on Wednesday, non emergency. Very competitive price. Corey very informative, dealt with before. Wouldn't return if I was unhappy with.

Called for a service as my barn heater was not working. Even on a busy cold buffalo day a crew came very quick. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to resolve the issue quick and get my heater back up and running all at a very reasonable cost.
Woke up to a nice warm house this morning, with a new high energy efficient heating unit. Thank you Campione Heating & Cooling; fair pricing, great family run business, super clean install, awesome staff, trustworthy! Maybe this coming week we can try out the new air conditioning!! This is by far worst company I have ever dealt with! They came to my house and needed to order a part to be fixed the heater…they mentioned it would take a week or two which was fine. 3 weeks later I call and ask when it will be in, by the end of the week. Time goes on and nothing, no response. I call to find out the status and Tony is extremely RUDE and hangs up on me! I was in shock! Honestly, I called back and his attitude and tone was horrible… it was not only unprofessional but indecent the way he spoke to me and treated the situation. I think he just forgot and didn’t want to finish the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unreliable!!!
Called Campione late afternoon regarding furnace malfunction. They had a teach at my Clarence home in 15 minutes. Service was professional and reasonably priced. Would use them again. Great work by Chris the service tech.
