Upstate Air performed an A/C safety inspection and cleaning. The technician Mike was very straightforward and honest with any and all questions I asked. He also gave recommendations as to what I can do to keep my system running and not potentially mess up the compressor. Will definitely be following his recommendations and will be using them for a furnace and A/C install in the near future as my current system is near 20 years old. Five Stars, highly recommend!!!!

Upstate Air helped us out in a jam. We just moved into our house and we’re dreading another cost. Upstate Air came and made some small adjustments and repairs and the heat is back to normal- this was a big deal due to having a one month old in the house. I reached out to Upstate Air, on a holiday weekend, regarding a problem with my humidifier. I received a response within 24 hours and had an appointment within a few days. Mike arrived to the appointment on time and was so friendly. He was upfront on the phone regarding pricing and how he works & was the same way in person. I really appreciated the customer education he provided. Being that I’m not from around here, I didn’t have an understanding of the humidifier but now I confidently do. Mike fixed the humidifier and performed maintenance on the furnace, which I am so thankful for. Do not hesitate to call Upstate Air for help. They are friendly, professional and helpful! Thank you!

Mike at Upstate Air was able to quickly change out a thermostat in one of our offices today. Their Safety & Savings Program provides me with the reassurance that whether it be hot or cold, they will take care of the problem.

Over the past year, Mike has replaced several parts in our AC and Heating Systems. He did a great job. Several times he has been out to your house this past year, he has been very friendly and courteous. He answered all our questions in a very pleasant and assuring manner, making sure we received thorough and complete answers. His work was performed in a conscientious and quality manner. Mike from Upstate Air showed up on time and in a professional manner. He took a lot of pictures and took time to explain what was going on in each picture. He gave us a diagnosis for what was going on with our furnace and why there was no heat. He explained that a key part was broken and needed to be replaced. He had the part on his service truck and was able to fix the issue right away with no issues. When he replaced the part, our furnace was back up and running and we have heat again. Great job, Mike and Upstate Air!
