From the owner to the techs, we only had prompt, courteous service. Everything was finished without any problems. We heartily endorse this firm and will be using them in the future for all of our heating and cooling requirements.
First Street Heating & Air Conditioning Co rep contacted me ahead of time and was on time. I did not watch him perform the annual maintenance but feel like he did a good job. He was friendly, courteous and offered to answer any questions, though I had none. He offered to change the one filter in our system, but it wasn't necessary. It was a positive experience for me.
I had a great experience with these guys as they installed an AC unit in my house. Their technicians arrived on time and got my unit installed within the expected time.They were very friendly and took great care of our house.They also cleaned up after they were done.I would definitely recommend them.
