Best in class from initial communication to follow up. Ryan did a thorough assessment of the system and what I thought was a unit issue was simply a thermostat programming problem on my end. I can always trust Zenner & Ritter to be fair, honest, and to listen.
Zenner & Ritter replaced my air conditioner and furnace. They gave me great advice. They let me know all the options. They let me know the various price points. Their employees in the office and in the field (specifically Rob) were excellent. They were on time. The work was performed professionally. The results were fantastic. I highly recommend Zenner & Ritter… and a big thanks to Brian Ritter for continuing the excellent service that his father was known for.

Had my vents and ducts cleaned by Shawn who was great. Then my whole home heat pump installed in 2 days by Phil. Great company, very responsive and well priced.
An amazing experience from soup to nuts. I highly highly recommend Zenner and Ritter. The staff, salesman, and technician were knowledgeable and explained everything in a way we could understand. They were a number of issues with the way our house was built and the installation went flawlessly. Great job.

Central air stopped working at end of 90° day. Called first thing in the morning. Tech arrived before noon. Had issue fixed within minutes. Been using Z-n-R for years, always happy with service.

I appreciate that Zenner and Ritter was able to accommodate my need for AC service on the same day I called. Tim was very knowledgeable. After thoroughly assessing the issue, he provided an easily understood explanation of the problem. He addressed the most urgent aspect, and I will schedule a future repair to finish the more extensive job. I would highly recommend Zenner and Ritter.
Ben did a great job and answered all my questions. He got my AC working and did regular generator maintenance in the same trip. Very professional service, would recommend.

Had AC installed. Earl did the estimate. Shawn and Derek the installation. All three explained things well, were professional, friendly and did a great job
JP arrived when he said he would and analyzed my air conditioning need. He delivered the promised estimates quickly. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
Had a new generator installed. Met with the company representative to discuss replacing my old generator. He explained everything very well. I was given a time frame for installation and it was met. The people that arrived today were on time and explained everything that they would be doing step by step. Said they would be turning off all power and approximately how long before power would be turned back on. This job took quite a few hours as there was much work to do. They kept having to go down in the basement and back outside. There were at least 4 people working on the project. When they were done they came in to tell me what to expect during a power outage & the noises I would hear as the system kicked in. These people work hard. Zenner & Ritter have the best people working for them. Even the support staff that takes your calls are pros.
Elija stopped for a service/quality call. Very knowledgeable, honest, direct and professional. Turned out no service was required. Elijah worked with Zenner Ritter and explained the outcome, no charge. Not often you see that today. Appreciate Elijah’s honesty, and advocating for his customer.
I had a long wait but well worth it. Dominick was professional, very personable and not only answered all my questions so I could understand but also showed me how to clean off my AC and adjust my vents. I am very, very pleased with Diminick. Thank you for great service. ~Margaret
Greg came and looked over the ac and quickly found the issue and was able to repair it. While here also mentioned our generator should have maintenance done to it. I mentioned the red light being on and he said he could take a quick look. Turns out it needs a battery. Will be coming back to them for all our AC and generator needs. Felt they were very fair and honest and look forward to doing business with them again in the near future. I also like that they called the day before the appointment to confirm and also send text messages with confirmations and I even knew who was coming to my house before he even got here. They are a great company to work with. I will definitely refer them to anyone in need of work done to their systems. 6/29: Greg came back to repair and tune up the generator that came with the house when we got it. He really knows his stuff and got it back in working order in no time. I can not say enough good things about this company. If you need any work done, I highly recommend giving them a call first.

Eli, technician, was very respectful, informative and knowledgeable. Can't comment on value/quality/responsiveness since those were not applicable. Plus the customer service I have received thus far over the phone has been excellent which you rarely get in companies these days.
