Liam was on time, he efficiently tuned our AC and was knowledgeable; explaining what we needed to keep our AC unit running efficiently. We highly recommend T-Mark for furnace & AC tuneups.

My HVAC guy retired and moved to Florida, selling his book of business to T-Mark. To say I was nervous of the transition would be putting it mildly, changeover never goes smoothly and I thought I would for sure have to argue about what warranties I had and what service plans I was used to; NOPE. T-Mark acted as if I was their customer for years, awesome CS reps answering the phones and the techs who have serviced my address are polite, professional, and more than helpful! Last but certainly not least, they are affordable and priced reasonably, excellent company and I’m glad I “chose” them!!
Seth was very thorough and took care of my plumbing issues. He recommended that we have a service call to take pictures of our sewer line, which is scheduled for Monday! Very grateful for his expertise and helpful suggestions. Thank you!
Scott was the technician that came out and was professionals thorough. He diagnosed an issue that wasn’t done before and gave options that were clear and made sense. The explanations were appreciated as well as the honesty of the problem.I’ve used t-mark before for plumbing and now they’ll be my go to hvac service.
My technician David (Edwards) came faster than I expected and fixed the issue efficiently and effectively! I will be using him and T-Mark for all of my properties moving forward. Highly recommend

Received phone call this morning.rrsponding to e mail last week,that he was nearby and could stop in for estimate,if we had time. He came in 10 minutes, observed and took photos of what he needed,gave us a reasonable estimate, awaiting our response when we're ready Respectful and professional!

The guys worked hard and did a good job with hot water tank installation. Fair price. Did the best they can do, minimal cleanup.
Little pricey but Excellent service…Seth the technician was polite and very thorough plaining everything and pricing too…had the job done in a couple hours…would use them again…should offer seniors a discount since we are on a limited budget

AC fixed Lickety split! From the beginning of my call with Rose to the end of my service with Mike everyone was kind, professional, and responsive. The whole process was completed in less than an hour@ They took their time explaining everything to me and what I could expect. They certainly delivered on the promise. We called T-Mark to help fix a line in our house that broke. They came out earlier then the time given and fixed it in no time. Would definitely call them again. There very nice , knowledgeable and professional.
