We hired PCS to install a tank less hot water tank and a bathroom faucet. They also did an air conditioner and heating system check up. We found Chris and Charlie easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful workers. Made us feel confident about making the correct choice in hiring PCS. We had a problem with the faucet we had installed and Charlie told us where to go to get the part that would fix the problem. We did what he said and installed the part ourselves...making it an easy fix. The result was perfect. We would hire them again and recommend at least letting them give you an estimate. We felt pricing was fair, and are very happy with the results.

One of my favorite groups to work with! They do a great job and they're honest. They are reliable as well. I have had many different plumbers and now finding PCS we are finally happy with the quality of work!

Bathtub faucet broke. I had to turn main valve off, no water in house. This was later at night. Pcs was there in a hour and fixed it in 1/2 hour. Very nice person did the work. True professional and highly recommend pcs!
I never write reviews but in this case it is the least I can do. This is my FIRST but definitely not last time using PCS. This company is an 11/10. They came in and replaced my hot water tank right before a forecasted blizzard and 2 days before Xmas!!!! The service was not only fast fast but beyond efficient!!! When I left for work work today, I was STRESSED bc my hot water tank gave out right before I left the house. By the time I got home from working a long shift at the hospital, my tank was REPLACED and running. . I have hot water and peace of mind!!! I am beyond grateful to this amazing company. They came in clutch, I will send everyone I know to Them from now on. . I would truly love to leave a tip for the guys who came out. If possible,

This is one of those times I wish there more than 5 stars so I could rate PCS higher. Was able to get a next day appointment no problem. Johnathan was there within the 30 minute window I was provided (other companies were giving more like 2-3 hour windows and a few days out). Jonathan was a consummate professional, explaining the issues and suggested solutions as he went along. I also appreciated that he quoted a price and, once I agreed, he fixed it right there and then (as opposed to making another appointment). Price was WAY below what others had quoted.

I called PCS plumbing and heating because my furnace was not working efficiently. Ed came right on time and was very kind mannered. He came in, did his job, and then gave me a lot of great information about my furnace. He was quick and efficient. I will definitely call this company again. Very reasonable and highly informative! My furnace is now back and working properly. Thanks Ed!
Great service. Prompt. Fixed the problem in about 5 minutes.
The worst I have hired in 20 years of renovating. James tried to overcharge on many things and broke the has line brackets that were just installed, only saving grace was they were doing new has lines in area and fixed it
I have used PCS many times over the years, their employees are always courteous and well-knowledged, and I have never been disappointed with any of the work that's been done!
Great emergency service when my sewer line collapsed. I’m grateful they rearranged their schedule, because we had NO drainage (all in the basement) and five others I called weren’t able to schedule within 3 weeks!
I cannot say enough good things. One of the worst things that can go wrong as a homeowner happened on the coldest night of the winter for us: our furnace stopped working. I spoke with owner Chris that night and he patiently walked me through all the steps to see what was wrong. He then sent his guys out next the NEXT DAY to install. Mark and Adam were here from 8am until after 6pm in our heatless home installing a new furnace so we could have heat again. They were professional, kind, and helpful the whole time. This was the most stressful and financially straining events to happen since owning a home, and PCS made it as painless and affordable as possible. I am so incredibly grateful for their great service and would highly recommend.
