I had a new lennox furnace/ac installed, replacing my 32 year old model. ( I got my money's worth out of that one) Jim came out and gave me a good value for the price of the unit I selected. The unit was professionally installed when promised and right now I am sitting in comfort on a 85* day .
I had my furnace & AC unit replaced and I was extremely happy with the workmanship and professionalism of this company. This was my first time using O’Donnell heating & Cooling and I was very pleased. The office manager is very nice to communicate with - great attitude - the installation team is very good, they showed up on time and did quality work & cleaned up like pros. Jim the owner is a super nice person to deal with. 5 stars — Thanks to the O’Donnell team.
We had a new furnace and ac unit installed by O’Donnell Heating and Cooling. Jim O’Donnell was great to work with, very fast to respond and get the old unit up and running. Fair and honest, would highly recommend
My system failed, and their friendly receptionist Dawn found an opening for their service associates to come and diagnose my problem. They found out that I needed a new furnace, and installed the same day. No hassles, no games.

Tim, Nick and Phil were excellent. The installation was quicker than expected. We are very pleased. Too bad when two years ago our AC compressor died in June and we called your company, we were told the first appointment available was mid August! That was testimony to your client base and quality of O’Donnell services. Musso Heating & Cooling gave us a contractor grade Goodman compressor that is very low efficiency and was over priced. Pity! Thank you again for the quality service provided!

Our furnace acted up during the coldest week of the year and O'Donnell was there within a day. They gave us a quick repair to get us through until we chose the new furnace we wanted. They showed up on time and were incredibly professional in the installation. We wouldn't' go anywhere else for our HVAC needs.
I purchased a new furnace through O'Donnell. First I called for service on my old one because the thermostat kept saying it was running but nothing was coming out of the vents. The owner came out within a day and checked himself and informed me it was clogged and on it's last legs (20+ yrs old) so he recommended a new unit. I scheduled that with him and they were available within a couple of days. The team showed up when they said they would and had everything installed within a couple hours. One of the guys stayed behind and went through everything with me, including the National Fuel rebate process. Super friendly, clean, professional, and extremely responsive when making appointments. I'd recommend them to anyone!
This family owned business is very friendly and professional and ready to get work done. Workers are very courteous. Answered any questions we had. They gave us multiple options and suggestions that were helpful when we were in need of a new furnace.
O’Donnell’s Heating and Cooling is an amazing company. During the blizzard my furnace kept going out. I called them after to do a tune up. My furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and they had a new one installed in less than 48 hours. Keeping my family safe. Great and reliable company!
They were prompt and did a thorough install job. Cleaned up after themselves. We've had the new furnace a year, and are happy with the install.
I've been working with Jim and his team at O'Donnell Heating and Cooling for almost 20 years. I get honest and reliable service year after year.
I would encourage you to read the other reviews prior to selecting this service. A big part of skilled and adequate customer service is being honest. When they installed a new heater, the transducer was so broken it vibrated the entire lower level apartment and made a noise loud enough to hear in every room. I lost sleep for 1.5 weeks because of this. Due to their inability to adequately install a heater, I experienced a reduced quality of life as I got about 3 hours of sleep a night. When they came to "fix it" the first time, they "promised" that it would be an easy fix and that the part would be easy to get and could be installed the following day (Wednesday). Upon calling later that night they had informed us that unfortunately it would take until the weekend for them to get the part and get someone to fix it. Part of *GOOD* customer service is saying that you arent sure if you don't know. I would have been disappointed in the moment, but at least I knew when it would be fixed. Not promised one thing only for them to go back on it, despite the men who came to repair the heater hearing and feeling exactly what it was doing. This is an essential service especially in December. How are you going to install a heater, not check it, and be on your way? What kind of professional laziness is that? Regardless of them fixing it (bc they should have), it took them 9 days to fix their mistake that could have been easily addressed had an efficiently thorough job been done. *update* the technicians did come by and address all my concerns with patience and for that I am very thankful. Helpful to know that they DO check these google reviews. Their representative you speak to made an interesting comment when I (a tenant) called stating that I'm "proficient at writing for services I don't pay for." I've been paying rent at this location for 3 years and am *entitled* to an adequate quality of life. Retaliatory comments because of a google review is unprofessional.
I had 5 quotes for a new boiler installation. The owner was the only one who did not try to upsell me on an expensive efficiency boiler or try to scare me about the condition of the plumbing. He was honest. His quote was the second lowest quote of the five I got. His installation crew was extremely polite, competent, and crazy fast. They knocked the install out faster than I expected. The boiler has been up and running for a few weeks now. I'm very happy with how everything went. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a boiler.
Reliable professionals delivering advice you can trust, quality products and workmanship. In addition to annual service, we had to replace an inefficient furnace and Jim and his team went the extra mile to answer questions, work expeditiously, arrange for removal of the old equipment, and assist with rebates. I am not easily impressed, but this company is definitely a pace setter!
I could not be happier with my O'Donnell experience. I was able to schedule an estimate and installation very quickly and got AC and a new furnace installed for a surprisingly reasonable price. The installation techs showed up at the time they were scheduled and got all of the work done in less than a day. They were professional and the work was flawless. If you are looking for an HVAC contractor, I highly recommend O'Donnell.
Everyone I spoke with was very nice, prompt and responsive. None of that nonsense where you call and have to leave a message and no one ever gets back to you. The guys who replaced my furnace and AC were prompt, professional and kind (one gentleman even put back on the circuit breaker cover I took off and couldn't get back on by myself). Several family members had used this company and were happy with the service and the value, and I agree. Remember that the warranty is voided if you don't do the yearly maintenance though! I do recommend them if you're looking for any HVAC services.
From the owner showing up to do the estimate & explaining the product he recommended to the fact that he was the only one that didn't try to sell new air conditioning because the present system is still sound.This was a great experience. The installers were professional & answered any questions about the unit, the new thermostat & the current humidifier checked & re-plumbed. I will recommended O'Donnell to anyone I encounter. Writing for a friend- Jay Tallington- Professional, courteous, on time. Seemed to cost a lot but were cheaper when compared to other companies and worth the cost. Also received a better quality furnace than the other companies offered. Highly recommend.
