I would rate a zero if I could. Worst customer service. Only cared if I had an account with them. Couldn't be bothered helping me locate the part I needed or if a replacement was available. Told me to replace the unit. I drove over 60 miles to be treated like dirt.
Michael was extremely knowledgeable of parts and products. Very inexpensive, for Rheem products. Will be doing more business with them
Get ready to argue. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I honestly don’t know they aee still open.

4 hours to unload, little slow
