Jordan was very professional and down to earth. I received a curtesy call from him about 20 min before he headed to my house. He took out my other Air Conditioner to replace it with the new one. The new AC works wonders and im very happy with it. Jordan was respectful, very informative and so kind to my 2 year old who talked his ear off. Thankyou again!

Customer service is horrible. I called requesting an appointment to service a generator issue. I was told they would get back to me. After a week I called back and asked about my appointment. I was given the “oh sorry” excuse. After several more days I received a call stating a technician was in the neighborhood and could stop by. I was able to temporary fix the issue but figured the technician may diagnose the problem that caused it. The technician was here for 15min stating call us back when the issue happens again. A couple weeks later the issue happened and I called back. I was told they will check their schedule and call me back. Of course a week goes by and no phone call. However, I did receive a $150 bill for the initial visit. Which included a travel payment but was told he was in the neighborhood. When I called for an explanation of the bill, I was rudely told I called them, they didn’t call me. Also the $150 bill includes paying for the 60k truck that was used to get around. This company is a joke and poor customer service.
I needed repair and maintenance service on my boiler and furnace. Cory responded immediately, and made it to my house the same day. Cory is very knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest. I would highly recommend him! Thanks for keeping my house warm, Cory!
Irresponsible. Following one of their vans, they made multiple turns and lane changes without signaling, and threw cigarette butts out the window. I definitely wouldn't even want them on my property.
Mine was a big job - replace an old steam boiler that took two workers all day to complete. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, made sure I was happy with their work. A year later when I suddenly and unexpectedly had no heat someone was at my house within 30 mins and my heat was restored. (Another contractor had turned off the water to the boiler!) I'll never use another company when it comes to heating my home.
We had an emergency situation with our steam boiler and the team at A G Roehrig & Son was extremely responsive. Our boiler needed urgent attention on a Friday and two of their team members called my family to help by phone to extinguish the flames and then one came out within 30 minutes of our problem to stabilize the situation. Then the owner came to our home on Saturday to see how he could assist with the boiler replacement as we have young kids and they knew how important it is to have heat in Buffalo in January! We have only used this company to service our heating system for the last 15+ years. We won’t ever use anyone else. I have even used them at my rental property. Super reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
Person answer phone very rude, repair cost almost $2k and less then a month heat stop working. Call for service again, told to call me back to confirm if can send tech to come check it, not getting answer, when I call them, first thing they said to me why you call freaking 5 time. Very bad customer service that’s not how you treat customer.
I recently had a new furnace installed and added central ac as well. From start to finish, the entire process could not have gone smoother. No smoke and mirrors show, no surprises. While not only being extremely knowledgeable, Cory's attention to detail and reliability is without a doubt what helps makes this company who they are. He eliminated what would otherwise be a stressful situation for a new home owner and made it worry-free. Need an hvac friend? There's no need to look any further.

Cory at AG Roehrig and Son is our preferred HVAC contractor. We recently had a dehumidifier installed in our home by AG Roehrig and Son. Cory did a great job explaining the reason for our issues, the benefits of the new humidifier and then cleanly installed the new unit in our basement. We were able to drop our overall humidity from 71% to 40% in less than 72 hours! We highly recommend these guys if you're in the need of air conditioner and furnace help in the Buffalo area.
