Please do your homework before hiring this company. This company has tried to scam my husband and me on three different occasions out of money. In the first experience, we called them to check our heating system because our heat would not stay on. They charged us $300 to replace a piece that we later found out should have been under $100 (this was in 2021). A year later, we ended up having to replace our HVAC system. They came in to replace the system, but in the process, the tech did not reinstall our expansion tank and leak sensor correctly, so we were without hot water for a week. We called to inform them of this, and again they tried charging us $600 to fix something they caused. The last shot was receiving an invoice to renew our membership for 486 dollars. In the past, we have only paid a $180 membership fee which covered both heating and cooling systems. When I called to inquire about the drastic increase, the representative stated it was due to inflation and that all customers' fees had gone up by $20 per service. Do not trust this company; they will only rip you off.
My family has been dedicated customers for the last 46 years. They have always provided excellent service and come every year to check on our heating system. They make sure our home is always warm and taken care of.
They don’t work on oil burners only gas not able to use their service
Had them come by to check my boiler and hot water heater after my basement flooded because of Hurricane Ida. Mike came by checked everything out and gave my system a thumbs up. The reason for the 5 stars ?? Honesty.. He could have easily told me we needed new equipment. Honor is hard to come by nowadays. Mike has this

Today, I woke up to a leak from a water heater that was over 13 years old. Spoke to Vanessa Reed... within approximately 30 mins, Misael Peralta was at the house surveying the leak and confirmed what I already suspected that the unit had outlived its life span. I called back and spoke to Vanessa regarding the brand I wanted and after receiving the quote, explained that I was already home and needed the replacement done today. Vanessa explained that she would do everything possible to get it done. She stated to give her an hour to call back. In exactly an hour, Vanessa called back and stated Misael Peralta and Ricardo Rodriguez would be at the house between the hours of 1 and 6PM. The gentlemen showed up at a little after 2PM. They called and stated they would be at the house within 15 -20 mins and to my amazement, they were on point with the expected arrival time. Unit was replaced, old unit removed, cleaned up after themselves and were truly professional with managing my expectations during the process. THANK YOU Vanessa, Misael and Ricardo for making this experience that could have been daunting a painless one. Your customer service and professional approach was on point and much appreciated. THANK YOU!!!!
When my husband owned our home in the Bronx we always had Yost & Campbell come in to do the service & maintenance on our 3 family house, my in-laws have used Yost & Campbell for MANY years, we have NEVER had any issues, they have ALWAYS been up front & honest, we have since sold our home & moved upstate, we are in the process of establishing services up there, we have to start over establishing our people up there, thank you Yost & Campbell for MANY years of GREAT service
Watch out. This company over charges for checking your system and for a so called maintenance. They consider cleaning your air filter a maintenance. It may be part of the maintenance but its not a complete maintenance. $400 for checking the system and cleaning air filters. Meanwhile the call was for an odor in the system and then say that i need Air Scrubbers for $1200 each unit.
