I have used them three times recently on three different heating units in a manufacturing space, each with a different problem. They are responsive and stay in touch during the days when they are getting parts and preparing. And when we needed something done immediately due to the cold, they made certain to get the work done that day.
Prompt service on Sunday after my heating didn’t work. Came out and assessed the problem, discovered the hvac unit needed a new replacement part. They came back Monday with the part and fixed it no problem!
One of those lucky finds. A rainy Sunday night and i made a poor attempt at updating an antique thermostat. The wiring in our old building made easy setup impossible and a recovery of the old system impossible. The building and its tenants would soon be losing heat. Terrible decision on my part. Called xpress and they said a tech would be there in an hour. He was there in 30 minutes. Luis was amazing. Polite, knowledgeable, and fixed everything within 30 minutes. He then stayed to insure his work and took multiple trips up and down from boiler room to thermostat to guarantee it was up to snuff. When you are in a panic and it’s off hours you fear a bit of a gouge price wise and much to my surprise Luis was exceedingly honest and reasonable. I thanked him profusely and we went about our lives. That’s the way things should work. Smart good people do what they do. They are honest. They get paid. Luis and xpress will be our go to HVAC service from now on. AAA+. I’m a real dude. Who else would say dude in a review.
We use them on numerous occasions to change out all of our heating and air conditioning units in our office buildings. They are very efficient and reliable. The came to us highly recommended.
I called for service after hours and Luis arrived promptly and identified the issue. The valve which regulates gas entering the boiler failed. He was able to find a replacement and return an hour later when he was able to restore heat to the building. He was willing to work as late as was necessary to in order to get the job done, but it didn’t take long once he had the new part. Very professional and competent service.

No heat in my house on 12/25/2022,Sunday and Christmas Holiday. I called Luis in the morning and he gave me appointment in the some day at 9:00 pm. He came 9:30 pm and fixed the problem. Job was done very quickly and in professional way. He didn’t turn me down even when I live in South Brooklyn. If I will have another heating problem definitely I will call Luis again.
