Horrible service
This company is so shameless and unprofessional. They respond by saying they dont know the customer and dont remember providing service. They do not take responsibility for their actions and resolve the issue. 2 seperate complaints were filed with the Better Business Bureau
M&Y Mechanical was hired to fix an AC unit in Bronx NY. The AC unit was never fixed due to inexperienced technicians and the deposit was never returned
M&Y mechanical service company is a Bronx based company providing service to customers. They are very responsive and punctual. They are knowledgeable and always offer variety of cost effective options when available. They have great customer service! Highly recommended!!!
Too long ago to remember!
this company charged my father-in-law triple of what other companies charge to do the same maintenance job on the HVAC system for commercial building. a couple of weeks after the job was done the whole system failed. they said their work was guaranteed and we have tried and tried to call in order to get this issue resolved to no response. had to hire another company who did the job for three times less and also in less time than these guys
I have worked with M Y Mechanical several times and we continue to contact him for his great service. They works efficiently and communicates any issues so we can resolve a problem in the best way. They arek very professional and clean up after they’re done with their job. Would recommend!

I do not recommend this company. I hired them to repair a walk in freezer in my store. They showed up 3 hours late and the repairs were not made properly. I had to hire a professional company to finish the work. I ended up losing more money
A friend recommended this company , and I am so glad I called them. My AC broke down and I just can't be in the heat. They came within a day and fixed it at a reasonable price. They were quick and efficient. Very nice guys too. I would recommend them as well.
They change timing frequently and finally cancel appointment and receptionist on the phone is disrespectful and hang up the phone
