Junior was extremely professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Came out for a no heat/no hot water call on Easter Sunday when no other companies were answering their phones. He was able to get us up and running quickly and price was very reasonable. Excellent service, will be using him for all my heating maintenance going forward. Highly recommend.
After weeks of no heat and nearly freezing, Junior was able to arrive same day all the way from Brooklyn to fix our heating system. He was even able to assist with follow up issues! Communication is paramount here, speak with him about anything and he will work with you. There is a $125 diagnostic fee, but that gets applied to the overall job. I highly recommend Junior for all of your HVAC and heatings needs!
There are still good people in this world!!!! I called Juniors in desperation because my mothers furnace wouldn’t turn on. He walked me through what to do and what to check for. I got the pilot turned on and tried to compensate him but he declined to accept payment. He said he was “happy to help”… wow!! Who does that anymore?? We then realized that the heat was not coming up to the radiators and called him to make an appt. He came out the next morning and arrived on time. Fixed the problem, left the broken part and charged us a very reasonable fee. This guy is great and my mother will set up service going forward with Juniors only.
Had a leak from my boiler valve that got bad, I called junior got a immediate response and even tried to help me over the phone, he was here the next morning with the parts I needed and was able to do it in an hour. Great communication throughout the process I was able to send him pictures of what I needed and am very satisfied and will be using him for future work.
On a night where no one would help Junior went above and beyond to fix my boiler. Very professional. Will recommend to anyone who asks!
Junior is amazing. Called him on a Sunday night because I had no heat. He showed up right away and fixed the issue within minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the heating issue. Would highly recommend him for all your heating services.
Unfortunately, called many times and left voice messages but no response. Looking at the reviews I thought I might try this company but unresponsiveness and lack of respect to follow up has left me disappointed. I will try other service.

This company is the best place to call when you have an emergency. Yesterday I called several companies for an emergency fix and no one was able to help due to unavailability. I called Junior and while on vacations, he took the time to guide us through to get our boiler back working. This guy was a blessing. Thank you so much for taking off your time to help us for free! My name is Mike. . On a Saturday's evening I was in need of help to fix my boiler and lots of big companies won't even answer their phones even thought they said 24 hrs service. So I started to Google for others businesses and I came alone Junior's Heating I called they answer. Junior pick up I explained to him what was going on so Junior began to help me through the phone. Just an all around great guy! I called and he literally was there in 20 minutes. He explains EVERYTHING!!! Reasonable rates and I cannot wait for him to come back and complete the service I have decided to get done.
I called to get an estimate for an emergency repair on my boiler since its been getting colder and I had no heat, but he was more interested in upgrading my boiler. When I assured him that I only needed an estimate and just a repair, he never called me back.
I was lucky to come across Junior’s Heating Service! After making several calls to different heating system companies, not one had the availability or did not do same-day repairs. However, I called Junior’s Heating Service and within the hour they where at my house to repair the boiler. I was happy that the boiler was back up and running. The cost to repair the boiler was reasonable and I was very happy with their service. I will continue to use Junior’s Heating Service for the boilers yearly maintenance! The truth be told my boiler stopped working and it was in such a bad condition that I thought I needed to replace it. Jose came to my house after not having heat for two days since My Oil company couldn’t help me, but he was recommended to me thru a friend and he left my boiler feeling and looking brand new and working amazingly. So satisfied with his service that I’ll never use my Oil company for any services. Bless you Jose.

Excellent service! Very great at communicating, and tries his best to fit you in to his schedule, even when it is very late. We were convinced that perhaps we needed an entirely different furnace but he worked for about an hour and figured out what parts were needed. Reasonably priced. Also, speaks Spanish which was a plus for us! Highly recommended, we will be reaching out to him for all of our maintenance needs.
