This company is a complete scam. They charged me $250 upfront for the privilege of being able to use their service. They did not show up 2 days in a row. No calls no update, no rescheduling. This is the Thurs-Fri right before a 4 day 4th of July weekend. The people answering their phones are just clueless call center people who can provide no information. If you look up their address, its just some person's house, not a business, no signs etc. Basically this company just outsources to local people then they take no responsibility or control over what happens next. You should avoid at all cost, I have to assume any positive reviews are fake or just friends of the owner.
I booked this company.. it's a scam they give a time frame they are not arriving.. no communication.. after calling they scheduled again but again didn't arrive... You cant talk to service manager or anyone.. just a rep that will tell you that they will send over your concern and you will get a call back that you won't get.
The service was outstanding. The air duct cleaning service guys were exceptionally polite and showed me all of the work they did. The office staff followed up and once again were very polite and professional. Not often do I see this level of service.
I had a great experience with this company. They came out to do our annual furnace check (which I highly recommend every year), but I was having some issues with my thermostat. The tech looked at it, and when he found out that it was out of warranty, he gave me advice on how to fix it myself, and didn't even try to sell me a new one! He saved me hundreds!
I'm a very easy going person, but I have had so many bad experiences with repair guys in the past that I was very reluctant to contact anyone. When I called these guys, they were so nice and friendly that I was shocked! They made me feel like my business really mattered to them. They sent out a really nice guy to come check out my heater. He was very polite and honest. He didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. He even gave me suggestions on
I called this company because our furnace and air conditioner were both not working. The tech came out the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem, so we had heat again that night. He was very professional, personable and even gave me some advice on how to improve our systems in the future.
Just wanted to thank you and your team for the great job replacing our furnace. I've had a number of contractors work on my house over the years, but this was absolutely the best experience I've had. Your guys were great! They even helped out with some other minor repairs that weren't part of their job. Thanks again for making a normally painful process so easy.
I had a great experience with this company. Their prices were very reasonable and the technician was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service work done on their heating and or air conditioning unit.
The techs were very respectful and informed.They were able to tell me what they were going to do and even gave me pictures of what they found which was what I wanted to see. Both worked hard and did not stop until the job was done.They cleaned any messes they made and let me know what they did. Very good people and will use them again.
Using Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating is a great choice. My first experience is a complicated leak that needs to be seen in " action" and so I wasn't charged for the initial visit which is a first in my book! I did have a frozen pipe last month and Jimmy sent one of his staff and it was fixed promptly and professionally and reasonably.
Made an appointment for today, was given a 3-hour window and requested I pay $300 upfront, which I did. Of course nobody shows up and/or bothers to update. When I call at 5pm I speak with Nina, who is incredibly rude and casually mentions no technicians are available today. She “kindly” offers to send someone else in 3 days… don’t use this company it’s a scam.
This company (Premium Home Service, which you're connected to when you call the number listed here) wasted my whole day and I would recommend staying far away from them. I believe this is a scam. I called them and was excited that they'd service my home on Christmas Eve. I was told someone would show up to my home to fix a heating problem between 11:15 am - 2:15 pm, and that a technician would call 30 minutes before arrival. They asked if I'd rather pay $200 for a service visit, or $149 for a membership package. Of course, I opted for the membership package because it's cheaper and gives you other benefits, like discounted, "premium" service. At 1:55 pm I called the service center because no one had called or shown up. I should also note that the number they tell you to call for "priority service" rang twice and hung up on me, two times, before I actually got through. Once I did get through, a representative told me that someone would be there within an hour. I waited until 3:30 and still, no one showed up. I immediately called to cancel the appointment and my membership. After that, I noticed that most of the reviews on here are a bit too perfect and kind of fishy. None of them seem real. It also has a few pretty terrible ratings via the Better Business Bureau.
Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating was great at taking our calls over the weekend and helping to troubleshoot our issue over the phone at no cost. We ended up needing to replace our furnace and they were able to fit us in their schedule 2 days later. They were very responsive, helpful, and professional staff. We would definitely recommend it.
Really bad service..Don’t believe the comments They will come charge you 200$ to check it out .. then they see they Contact you to give you a price ..you agree Then they play from day to other they never show up .. don’t waste your money and time with them Especially Carlos He is a big lair don’t trust him
We had a system that was very old that stopped working and we decided it was time for replacement. Jim, came out and made great recommendations, and because we didn't have heat - he scheduled our installation the following day. We were very pleased with the service we received today and would highly recommend Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating!!
Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating was and is our favorite contractor for our house. They are a complete proven company. They installed quality equipment in a very professional manner. Their stewards are extremely diplomatic, skilled and kind. You couldn’t ask for more. You won’t be disappointed with any HVAC work done by them!!
I found Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating after a thorough research and after reading their great reviews I called them. They were quick to make an appointment. I was very impressed with the young man who worked on our air conditioning unit. He was helpful and knowledgeable. And he got the unit to working efficiently without necessarily asking for an increased payment! I will not hesitate to recommend their service. Very happy customer.

Jim is a knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy technician. When it comes to having our HVAC serviced or if there's a problem, he and Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating are the only ones we call. This guys are so dependable. This is the second time I'm using there services. They did a thorough job cleaning my filters and checking the furnace and A/C. As usual my questions were answered satisfactorily and they didn't try to pressure me into buying additional services. Highly recommend and will continue using their services.
