An efficient and professional AC installation from initial survey to payment. Eric was very helpful and talked through the options and provided quotes in a timely manner following the initial survey. Anonymous person who does not provide a name says they don't do HVAC but know someone else who does and will have that mysterious HVAC tech call you back. A guy named "Nicky" called and came by my house in a grey sedan and did the work without providing a price prior to starting. The after the "work" was done (it was a minor problem which took 10 minutes max to fix) he charged an outrageous fee of $250. Steer clear of these fraudsters. This is a total con job of a HVAC "business".
Spoke with representative and booked an appointment, for gas leak....no tech ever showed up and called.
This company is great to work with. I always love working with everyone associated with the company. They are super knowledgeable and committed to doing things the right way. We highly recommend them!
they try to get you to pay upfront fee but would hide when you ask them details. all these reviews are fake...
Ethan came out to do a routine maintenance visit. He found several issues with our ducts and provided several pictures along with explanations. There was no high pressure sales pitch. We decided to replace the ducts. Would definitely recommend Ally Heating & Cooling Service Team, 5 stars all the way.
John was very knowledgeable and professional. Further, he called the day after he fixed my mother's furnace to see if it was still working properly. Excellent customer service! On a particularly hot day, my air conditioner broke down. Not only was it hot in my house by the time I checked to see what the problem was, but it was also around 5:00 p.m. on a Friday evening. Ally Heating & Cooling Service Team was quick to schedule me and had a technician out to me in less than an hour. He performed the test, identified the issue, and turned on the air conditioner. He only charged for a single journey. Excellent work! I would hire him again without hesitation.
