Rude customer service hangs up on people

They were able to efficiently diagnose and repair my boiler, at a reasonable rate. I appreciated their availability for emergency situations as well. When it comes to plumbing and heating, I have always had the best experience with Bayside Plumbing. Unlike other companies, they are punctual and call before arriving at your home. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable, easily able to solve any issue I have. They also offer great advice and tips for maintaining my systems. And, their rates are reasonable and their service is reliable. I always recommend calling them first for any plumbing or heating needs.

My water heater burst and they had a plumber (Peter) over in 30 minutes and stopped the water before it flooded the basement. Peter had our new water heater installed the same day. Very happy
Do yourself a favor and don’t bother calling these bums. I called early in am for a boiler repair the said they were coming I called at 2 pm they said they were coming and I asked them to call me in case they could not come . They completely stood me up and it was to late to get another company until the next day leaving 4 families in the building without heat and hot water. I’m long time Bayside resident. I’m a professional home owner and mom and pop 3rd generation residential real estate landlord in nyc and LI. I hate giving companies bad reviews and you can see this in my review history on google. However these type of business ethics are pathetic .
They came here to do the annual boiler service, but while they were here I threw two other small "problems" at them, they sorted them out for me brilliantly. They are honest, straightforward, reliable, quality plumbers.
We have used Bayside before for several heating/plumbing repairs. They are always reliable, professional and also give great knowledgeable advice. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
Really helpful and responsive. Matt cleared our main drain and the inspected it with his camera to show us how clean our main drain really is. Thank God we found them because we had a history of flooding in our basement from the main sewer drain and it seems Matt solved our rpblem where others couldn't and he proved it with the camera.
DON’T HIRE THEM! Broken pipe. Water in boiler room and onto bedroom carpeting. Called at noon. Was told plumber would come within the hour. Multiple calls for ETA - just kept saying another hour or so. 4:45 - was told “We can’t come today.” What a way to do business! If they couldn’t do the job, they should just say so. I could have found another company. Just strung me along for the day while I continued to clean up the water.

Sorry for the late review but these guys deserve it! I contacted Bayside Plumbing for my elderly mother who had an emergency around 8pm ish about 3 weeks ago. She had a water leak in her basement for a few days without her knowing; the situation caused her a lot of anxiety, which is not good for her high BP and other health conditions. John and his team handle the situation expeditiously and with great personal care. Not only did they identify and fix the major water break but they also deescalated my mother's worries and worked closely with the Insurance agent to make sure she would get the appropriate reimbursement. I would recommend Bayside Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work in the Queens area.
