Tom and Jim did a wonderful job installing a new furnace as well as a gas line for pool heater. They are very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Other plumbers called and then never showed 😡 Definitely would use Tom again
Called Tom last minute to fix a furnace that wasn’t igniting in a house I was selling, he came out right away and got it fixed in less than an hour. Ironically the boiler in my new house stopped working same day. Without hesitation he came out to Fulton and fixed that one in less than an hour as well. Just in time the next day temperatures dropped to below 20 degrees! He saved the day and prevented pipes from freezing! When other HVAC companies told me it would be over 2 weeks before they could come.
Professional, knowledgeable, fast and fair. Came quick for a repair and gave me an no nonsense take on longer term solutions. Stop looking for an HVAC guy, Tom is your man.
Furnace broke down had to have it replaced as it was 31 years old. Called and talked to the owner was at my place same day gave me as estimate set up a time everything went like clockwork cleaned up the furnace room left it tidier then it's ever been made sure the vents were airtight so no carbon leaks and explained In detail how to maintain it for a good service life and got me a rebate because we went high efficiency 2 year labor free warranty + 20 year part. Did a great job would recommend him to anyone.
Called this business giving a fairly good description of the problem by voice-mail including a return phone number and I was not contacted afterwards.
What a difference it has been in my house since Tom and his crew installed my new furnace! They were top-notch with everything! Highly recommended!
Tom re-installed our water pipes, water heater, boiler and gutted and installed a full beautiful bathroom. There was a lot more to the job than we had planned on, but when it was done it all worked great and has been working great for the last year. He was very helpful and used high quality materials.
I found this company through google so I figured I should leave a review here for those who are looking for this type of service. I initally spoke with Mr. Tom Fritcher on the phone regarding my AC/HVAC issue, and even though I described it from someone who has absolutely no clue about ACs, he knew exactly what was going on. So about an hour later he arrived extremely prepared with all the things he needed to fix my issue. Note, it is hot as hades out and everyone’s AC seems to be breaking and every other company either upcharged their rate or will not be able to come until 2 weeks from today. Mr. Fritcher was very thorough, he went through the job from the most simplest thing (change the filter and clean the unit) to the more complicated parts, he was very professional and eager to teach me about how to properly use my unit. He also charged me an extremely reasonable amount after the job is done. Needless to say I am enjoying my 68 degree home in this heat wave. I will be scheduling a furnace tune up in the fall and should that time come when my system needs replacement I will be giving him my business. Thank you Mr. Fritcher, you are a lifesaver!
Got home from being gone for a long weekend and my central air wasn’t working. I called and he literally showed up within an hour and a half and fixed my central air to even be better than what it was before! Thank you!

I have a unique set up with my boiler pipes running through my pellet stove first. Tom did a great job getting it set up correctly and running more efficient than it ever did. The job was completed and cleaned up in a timely manner. I watched the whole job and Tom was very meticulous and put a lot of thought into thr job. I would highly recommend Fritcher's for any job.
Fritcher’s did a great job installing a new sump pump and backup pump system for me. The work was meticulous and thorough. They use high quality materials. I appreciated the great clean up job they did after they finished the project.

We are not first time home owners and had some not so good experiences in the past with home repairs. I called the number for Fritchers and I have been so GRATEFUL for them. Tom and Rich are the absolute BEST!! They are genuinely concerned and do only the highest quality work and what is best for me and my family. They educate and explain there reasons for everything they do. They look out for not just the current issue but future problems as well. It has been a a god sent knowing we can trust them and all of the work they have done. We will never have anyone other than Fritchers do work for us in our home again!! Tom and his crew are nothing but professional! Prices are totally reasonable and they’ve come out when I’ve needed both emergency and routine service. They are prompt and do not leave a mess after their service. I highly recommend them, and have given their name to friends!
Can’t say enough about this company. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner Tom made sure that I was comfortable and understood what his recommendations meant without making me feel unintelligent. Fritcher’s Heating and Air conditioning are life savers!!! We originally called Tom to take a look at our plumbing under the sink because we noticed it was leaking and not draining properly. When he arrived he extremely kind and intelligent and quickly diagnosed the problem. Whoever had the house before us broke the main pvc line under the sink and then stuffed the hole in the floor with Brillo pads to make it look like nothing happened. After fixing that mess we told him about how our furnace wasn’t staying lit. When we went down to the basement we discovered there was a carbon monoxide leak from the furnace as well as several other problems. How the inspectors didn’t see this before we got the house I have no idea. It was very easy to see what was wrong. Since then we have used Tom and his company for everything from an outdoor water spicket to wiring within the walls. 10/10 I would HIGHLY recommend and I do! Every chance I get.
My experience was excellent. Tom did a fantastic job installing a new bathroom in my basement. It turned out exactly as I had envisioned it. Tom answered all of my questions and was a consummate professional. I will definitely use Frichter’s Heating/Air Conditioning and Plumbing again
