Returned my call quickly, came within a reasonable time to that promised, fixed the problem (dead bird in the squirrel cage), lubed the bearings, replaced a cracked hose, gave an honest opinion on the condition of the furnace, didn’t give me grief about the dirty filter, charged what I consider a fair price for a good job.

Purchased and had installed a new furnace through Kozy 2.5 years ago. Thanks to shoddy workmanship on their part my 2.5 year old furnace has to be replaced. I obviously won’t be using this company again.

We highly recommended Kozy Heating & Air Conditioning. They were professional and very thorough, friendly, punctual, and reasonably priced. They were all around fantastic!

Someone came by and "fixed" our furnace and had my mom turn it on and try to see if it worked. The heat came on and then she turned it off because it was still warm and we did not have to turn the heater on yet but when it got cold she turned it on for an hour and it broke again. I gave them a call and BJ came by and and took a look at it and said that it would be $250 for the part but we wouldn't be charged them coming to the house since it was within their 30 day policy. He said that he would give me a call when the part came in but now won't even answer any of my calls and it has been 2 weeks. If you need anything repaired I would avoid this place because they will just leave you hanging and it will be faster for you to give your money somewhere else where they actually care and will call their client's back.

If you are looking for a dependable and reputable company that stands behind their work then I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This company is unable to demonstrate the most basic professional courtesy in answering or returning phone calls. I promise you a very expensive and frustrating experience that will end with you finding another qualified professional to fix and complete the work they charged you for.

Sold us a $5000 faulty furnace 1 year ago, now we are without heat and it’s 50 degrees in our house. Claiming the part was on a truck from Buffalo and the truck “broke down” doesn’t have an ETA. Then proceeded to tell me “you aren’t the only one without heat” I work from home and have to sit in this all day long. Inconsiderate, unprofessional, do NOT recommend!!!

Called them to buy a part to fix my furnace. I was told that a tech would call me back. They never did. I had to drive forty five minutes one way to get the part I needed.

We lost our furnace on the coldest day of the year and the technician (BJ) came out within an hour and worked with our warranty company to get us a new furnace asap. It took a few days but that wasn't their fault, we were waiting on the insurance company. We couldn't have asked for better service, they were in and out quick and did a fantastic job. Definitely going above and beyond to get us heat. Thanks so much for everything!!!

Our furnace blower died on one of the coldest days of the year. BJ responded immediately, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and was able to replace a part that he had in stock right away.

Technician came to house, spend first 20 minutes on the phone about another job. Flipped breaker, pressed reset a couple times, misdiagnosed issue and stated a new furnace was required. Which was quoted at $2,500 with a $398 furnace. Get a second opinion before beginning work.

I asked that he take care of a problem for my daughter he followed through and took care of it. The only problem I had was he called got my payment over the phone said he would send a bill but never got a copy of a bill.I called the answering service said they would pass it on to the right person. Once again no copy of the work order. I like a copy of what was done and how much I paid .what's wrong with that?? You do work for someone do a good job but fall short on paper work. You got paid with in 2days of finishing the work?

Been waiting 2 and a half weeks for a part for my boiler. It's getting ridiculous. The guy won't even answer the phone when I call anymore.
