Highly recommend Grand Heating & Air Conditioning. We had a two-zone AC with integrated boiler for heat installed, completely replacing old system. We received six bids (a seventh company never submitted a bid), and Bruce at Grand Heating & Air Conditioning not only gave a very competitive bid, but explained the logic behind their recommendation much better than the others. The front office was great with communication and scheduling the install--a great contrast to other contractors we've had. The team that did install was on-time (despite some supply chain issues), friendly, and clearly enjoyed working together. Chance, the owner, did the boiler work himself. He stopped by several times as well. System works great, eliminated uneven heating/cooling...we couldn't be happier.
Bruce called about 30 minutes before appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. Asked me if there were any issues as this was a maintenance call. There were none so he got right to work. Took care of everything. Made sure gate was closed securely so dog could not get out. Explained that all looked really good. Bruce was the technician and he has been here before. Very pleasant person.
Bruce provided our semiannual HVAC service this morning. We could not be happier with his kindness & competence. Not only was his service professional & outstanding, he informed us of your new Service Plan—which we have wanted for years. We are very happy to be signed up & know that our services will be appropriately scheduled. Thank you and we look forward to seeing Grand Heating & Air Conditioning in the autumn.
Grand Heating & Air Conditioning Co was out within an hour of my call! The tech was amazing and my tenants also appreciated how amazing he was. He was able to get the unit back up and running today and the charges were amazing. Am very thankful for their help on a such a cold day!
Was hoping to give a local company some HVAC work for a commercial job. Whoever answered the phone must not know how business works. I tried explaining for 3+ minutes that I was looking for an estimate at my job 2 minutes away. The person kept saying it would be $300 just to come out and look at the job. Now tell me, why would a company pay you to potentially give you business.
I went on google and set up an appointment for a couple of days later. Grand Heating & Air Conditioning Co called me about 10 minutes later and was able to get someone out to my house in an hour. The technician who, I'm sorry I forgot his name, but was able to get my AC up and running. Still need to replace. Got that set up today and will be replaced tomorrow. I'm extremely pleased, and never felt I was being lied to or taken advantage of. Overall I had a great experience so far and expect nothing less tomorrow during the install. Great work guys, I really appreciate it.
Bruce provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was doing and also answered all the questions I had. Because of his professionalism I will definitely call Grand Heating & Air Conditioning for all of my heating/air conditioning issues. And will request Bruce W to come out.

Bruce called when he knew that he would be later than appointed time. We appreciated that call. We have had Grand Heating & Air Conditioning Co for quite a few years now and just signed another maintenance agreement for the year. We have always been happy with their service.
The assessment was done in a very professional and respectful way. I was impressed with how he wore shoe covers in the house.He was also punctual for the appointment. Will highly recommend.
So thankful for the service provided by Grand Heating & Air Conditioning Co. We been out in the cold after our furnace broke down.I called them after two other companies dint show up. Bruce showed up shortly after and had things done very quickly! I appreciate that he had things done in timely manner and our heat was restored back.
