Ron is the best Plumbing Professional in Santa Fe for sure.
We've used Universal several times in the past year. They are always prompt, friendly and very reliable. They've helped us out with some problems that could have been complicated and they made it all simple, saving us time and money. I highly recommend.
Just a call in at this point, but how refreshing to speak to someone pleasant and professional in this current biz climate. Our current plumber referred us to them because of something that was above his pay grade.

Universal came out to replace hot & cold cartridges on a Barber Wilson kitchen faucet. They were thorough, FOLLOWED directions per the manufacturer, and got the job done quickly and efficiently! Really appreciated Paul's communication and expertise and we will absolutely call Universal next time we have plumbing needs. No more drippy sink, thanks Universal!
Tony and his crew replaced our boiler and water heater. They did a great job! Even my Dad was impressed! We highly recommend them.
I just wanted to thank universal plumbing for the professionalism .I called several plumbers in town and they all said they were going to follow up and call me back and none of Then did . If they were too busy at least say they were . Universal Plumbing called me back and stopped by my residence in a timely matter and performed work as promised . Top notch in my book .
