Topp plumbing came highly recommended by a friend when we experienced a gas leak. Matt explained the steps we would need to take to resolve the leak. We will definitely be using their services when needed in the future.
We had our water heater replaced recently by Topp plumbing & heating and they were incredibly professional, punctual, and efficient. This is a great & honest company that we’ll be using again in the future!
We have used Matt Topp since 2015 when we called upon him to fix a plumbing issue that another plumber could not. Since then we have used him a number of times for both planned projects and emergencies. He is great to work with in either situation. He gave us several option when we had to replace our boiler and hot water heater and was good about giving us the pros and cons of each. And when we’ve had urgent heating or plumbing problems, he was quick to respond including giving us advice over the phone of what to do until he could get out to fix the problem. We strongly recommend Matt for all your heating and plumbing needs!
Our water heater died on a weekend and Matt with Todd Plumbing placed the order for a new one and came to install on Monday. He communicated changes in his arrival time and arrived as stated. His pricing was comparable with the 2 others we received quotes from, but his responsiveness was way above the rest! He even helped finish an old plumbing project that will help us conserve water. So grateful to find a plumber we can trust!
Matt got back to me right away when I first called and was thoughtful about the best system for my needs. He came back right away when there was a small tweak that needed to be made and checked in the following day. He was recommended by friends and I will recommend to all my friends!

Topp Plumbing has been our plumber for a few years now. We're general contractors, (around 35 years), our first plumber retired, we called Matt and he's been doing our new homes, additions and remodels since our first contact. He's a very good plumber and he keeps up with new techniques and products as they come on the market. If by chance a problem arises, which they do, he's very quick to address it and resolve it. Yes I recommend him if you're looking for a good plumber at a competitive price.
We were told we needed a new boiler by two different companies. On a recommendation from a friend we called Topp Plumbing and Heating. Matt came out and assessed our boiler. For a third of the cost of the other estimates , he was able to get our boiler running in a few hours. My husband and I are very happy that he saved us a lot of money, and now our boiler is clean, repaired, and has run flawlessly since last November. He is a very personable guy and we enjoyed having him repair our heating system.
First off, check out Yelp for REAL reviews on these clowns. Next- Well where do i start??? Put them at 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option or would have. It's just 2 employees - one blames the other, then other blames owner, then they blame others/suppliers and on and on. They install used parts, charge for new and then wonder why installs fail?!?! They try to up-sell and force change orders as well. Very dishonest business practices. Look at all the bad reviews and decide for yourself - really disappointed and wish I had never ever called them for any work at my place. Plus they are really bad drivers - broke my curb!
Matt did a Topp notch job installing a new tankless hot water heater and new water softener system. Had spoken with two different plumbing contractors before Matt and both failed miserably in basic customer service and follow thru. Matt completed the project when he said he would and for what he quoted with no extra add ons. We're very happy that we found a plumber that we trust and can rely on. 🙂

Matt is also great in an emergency - if he can’t come immediately he’ll walk you through a few quick steps to stabilize everything until he can get there. Highest recommendation!
Topp Plumbing has been our go-to for plumbing and heating issues for years. He's done everything from repair leaks, fix septic issues, and replace kitec plumbing throughout the entire house with a new water system and splits heating/cooling. He's thoughtful, takes the time to educate us with choices, and always respectful. If he doesn't know the answer right off, he does his research and answers our questions. And, quite simply, he's great at what he does.
