Let’s start here…they answered the phone. I called at an off time, and from dispatch to the manager, everyone was helpful. Gabriel was the plumber and he did a great job. He answered questions, gave honest assessment, and finished the job quickly. Appreciate it.

Daniel and Andy worked well together to fix our plumbing issues. Daniel explained what he was doing and why all along the troubleshooting and repair process. They were transparent and did the job well. If we have another plumbing issue, we’ll call TLC again.

Greg & Marco from TLC were exceptional with the installation of a Tankless Water Heater and a Water softening system. Initial diagnostics of the system were informative and provided me with the necessary information to help me research the installed products. They were responsive to my questions both in person and text/phone. I would recommend TLC (Greg & Marco especially) for your plumbing and water needs.

I have used this company many times over the last 3 years. They are always professional and on-time and do good work. I wish I good name all the techs I have had but they are all great. Especially Sergio and Isaiah and Andy, the electrician. I can't say enough good things about them!

Crazy Expensive. I didn't get an estimate until the service technicians were at my house, which is wrong. I used to use TLC regularly, but after this trip to install two facets for almost $1,200, I just can't afford TLC.

Marco Pinon of TLC Santa Fe and a helper installed a new gas water heater today. They did a great job. Marco did everything he said he would do: inspection, recommendation with no sales pressure, coordination of installation, on time, efficient, friendly, professional, good estimate. TLC is lucky to have him and he appreciates TLC as a company. Thank you for getting our hot water back as soon as possible!

My 75 year old brother had a 30 year old boiler that finally stopped working. TLC got on the problem in a very timely manner. Greg was exceptionally diligent in installing a new boiler. Thank you Greg and TLC!

Greg did an outstanding job re-routing my main water valve and in-line filter, replacing PRV and installing a Moen Flo water detection device. He was very thorough with explaining what he was going to do and provided options of how best to do the work. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service I received.

TLC was very professional and responsive. I truly only have positive things to say about the folks who I dealt with, BUT, I essentially paid $1,000 for nothing. I was having heating issues, so they did a ‘repair’ that cost the initial $1k. But it continued to not work, so they came a second, third and a fourth time, each time claiming the repair was complete. Because this is a short term rental, a house with a temp in the 50s is bad business and I also lost lots of revenue as well. I have to say they did not charge for the follow up visits since they were all under warranty and related which I greatly appreciated. They ultimately recommended a new system at twice the estimates I got elsewhere. My confidence was low after all the visits, and I did not want to pay twice what others were charging so I did not continue doing business with TLC.

This company , went beyond what a company is expected to do. If you are looking for an honest company that stands by their work , please use this company . I had one issue after installation, and they were their the next day ! David is a man of his word . I only wish he did everything else for my house. I highly highly recommend this company here in Santa Fe !

TLC showed up outside of the service window, DID NOT CALL even though I mentioned more than 5 times it was a rental property, and I am required by law to inform tenants. They started "the clock" while they waited for me to arrive (since it was not our scheduled time and they had not called). They then proceeded to charge me FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to replace an outdoor faucet. The entire job itself took 15 minutes, but was padded by two dudes that couldn't figure out to bring all of their tools to the backyard, and instead walked back and forth between the truck and the faucet. IT'S A FAUCET, it should not cost $500 to swap some simple hardware. There is plenty of room for the company to make money AND charge a fair price to it's customers. If you are up for some classic price gouging, be sure to contact TLC. **UPDATE**TLC's response below to this review is an attempt to show they are responding to these reviews and is smoke and mirrors. I don't need to be "contacted" I just needed to be charged properly. Don't leave "seemingly" interested public responses, just don't over charge for services. You all make money, your customers get a fair deal. PERIOD.

Contacted them to come drain and flush our radiant system. When the technician arrived, he seemed like he didn't want to be anywhere on a Monday morning at 8:30. He had a bunch of reasons he didn't want to (WOULDN'T) drain and flush. Kind of looked over the systems then charged me a $189. Seriously, if you don't want to do certain work, don't accept the work then show up and don't do what we agreed to and then still charge me!

I have a nightmare rental property with sewer draining issues. The sinks, tub, and shower bubble and take a loooooong time to drain. In the past year, I hired 3 different plumbing companies to get it working correctly. Each one assured me the problem was fixed. A month later, the slow draining was back. I noticed TLC at other homes in town. I assumed that TLC plumbing was going to be expensive but I was desperate. Jon, a technician kept me informed of when he would arrive. (I appreciated being able to meet at the house when he arrived instead of waiting a long time a the rental.) Jon knew his stuff! He had a lighted probe that enabled him to see into the sewer drain. He saw a broken clay pipe in the front yard that could have been part of the problem. BUT he didn't stop there. He was able to look all the way out to the street, to the place where the sewer line was the city's responsibility. He pulled long, blackened, slimy roots out. Yards of disgusting roots that had been clogging the line. I took pictures and now have proof the problem wasn't all my responsibility. Jon continued cleaning the line until nothing else came out! The renters are thrilled that the sinks and tubs drain so quickly now. Jon was patient, thorough and hard working. TLC hires exceptional workers! I highly recommend them!
