I have been using Santa Fe Express plumbing services for around three years, starting in a rental house and continuing to use their assistance later on for my home. They are prompt and expedient in response, very professional and reasonable, and trustworthy on pricing; I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation if they need plumbing repair
We had to repipe our home. These guys were professional, honest, and did everything they could to make a bad situation better. I would definitely use them again!!
Laid new gas line. Checked all gas fed appliances. They were quick, on time/early, & thorough. They went above and beyond by lending me an electric water heater so that I had hot water over the weekend ..until the impending inspection. These guys and the company...rock!! Thank you!!

For some reason, part of this might be in German. Robert has done plumbing services for me three times in the last two years I am 100% satisfied every time.
I have been a landlord for over 30 years and from time to time plumbing problems come up at my rentals. By the far the most vexing is a sewer back up. I have tried many plumbing firms over the years but only Santa Fe Express Plumbing & Drain always shows up in a timely manner when a tenant has a backed up toilet/sewer line and they always do a good job.
What kind, knowledgable people. I was having issues with my hot water as well as my heat from mini-splits and they were so incredibly helpful and thorough. They immediately had a number of ideas about what was going on when I explained it, were able to explain what they were doing as they went, and solved the problem quickly. And again, were so kind and respectful of my space and time. Highly highly recommend.

Robert Martinez, apparently the/an owner, came out to my house on an emergency basis, two days before Thanksgiving, on less than a day notice, to fix my Burnham Series II boiler, which had stopping heating my house in consistent below-freezing early-morning weather. The problem turned out to be just the pilot light, which he re-lit; and he did some other small services, all for less than $140, including tax. I had been using Road Runner out of Albuquerque, but they couldn't get to my house for more than ten days! Fortunately, I found a reference to Robert in some old notes on my computer from 2015. He was thoroughly honest, prompt, courteous, professional and helpful—one of those good local *independent* contractors who are getting increasingly rare these days. Best of all, he picked up the phone in person, by the third ring. From now on, he will be my first call for plumbing and heating.
My wife called these guys two days ago (on a Saturday) with an emergency "leak" -- more like a firehose in the kitchen, but I digress -- and SFEP was very responsive, gave some advice over the phone and promptly showed up about an hour later. Now, having averted a complete disaster, and then proceeding to install a dishwasher (and not at all a "standard" install) during the same unscheduled visit, I am convinced that Fernando is the best plumber in the country -- I wouldn't think about using another company for all things plumbing and hearing in the future for any reason whatsoever. Thanks SFEP, you guys are hands-down the best in the business! PS - If you find some guy on a youtube video telling you it's "easy", no matter what IT is... Call these guys instead... Trust me. Ask me how I know?

We've had SFEP out to repair/maintain our swamp cooler and gas furnace. They have been superb! They communicated with me, offered advice on less expensive alternatives and what I could do, as home owner. Their prices are very reasonable. We will hire them again!
We have called Robert at Santa Fe Plumbing Express for years for heating and air conditioning systems and plumbing situations. It is a pleasure to have them do whatever is required.
Scheduled an appointment with this company to have our evaporative cooler looked at and confirmed the appointment with the company to meet at our home in New Mexico. Because we are from Texas and my husband drove 6 hours to meet with them at the house between 8:00 - 9:00am yesterday, Wednesday. They didn't show up. My husband spoke with the technician and they sent us an estimate. And my husband and I have called and left several messages to get the repairs made while there is someone at the house in New Mexico. After several calls and messages by phone and text yesterday and this morning. The company has not called back! They can't even give a courtesy call to let us know when they can do the job. Very disappointed with this company. We specifically told them we were having to travel from Texas and they can't give a call back!
I'm very happy with the service I received on my swamp cooler I will use them again.

I’ve been calling Santa Fe Express Plumbing for a few years now and they’ve always been prompt, professional, and above all—fair. I’ve never been upsold on something I don’t need. They are honest and knowledgeable. They’ve done several jobs in my home and I recently started using them at my place of business, as well. I can’t recommend them enough.
They we’re very professional when making the repair to my heating system. Very quick service and because I had a brand new pump on hand they did not charge me for the removal and replacement service. They did the install quickly. My system is off warranty so I did not expect to receive the service free. I was very appreciative of them.
Called for an estimate and spoke to Robert the owner. I was told he would be coming between a certain time frame, when nobody showed I call to confirm and was told that they are busy what do I expect.... I expect communication, if you expect communication then AVOID THIS COMPANY!
